Tyrone C. did a great job handling a maintenance check on the garage door. He asked about any issues, which he replaced the bottom seal. He was very thorough and found a few items to be mindful of that will require future servicing. He explained the reasons, gave the pricing, and made note for the office to call me to set up a March service call. DGD has reasonable pricing, too! Thank you, Tyrone!

I had an amazing experience with DGD. The technician did an excellent job in inspecting my old system pointing out the problems and presented several solutions. He installed the new systems on both garage doors in a timely manner, and programmed the system to my Iphone and to the system in my car. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I contacted DGD for a repairman to come out to have a look for at the issue with my mom’s electric garage door. John Hartley was the chosen one! He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. He quickly assessed the situation, explained all of the issues and after getting the ok from mom, he went straight to work to remedy all that needed to be fixed. John was very professional, kind and personable. He let me watch and explained all he was doing and why. Before I knew it, mom’s garage door had been tuned up and quieted down. The transaction went smoothly from the day I made an appointment. Communication was excellent, and I received text messages regarding the appointment, even on weekends. On the day of service, I received the profile of the technician coming to my house and arrived with a very respectful demeanor.
