I didn't think there were any honest and respectful service people left anymore. I had lost hope. I'm always on my guard. Randy was an absolute Joy. Caring, concerned, explained everything in great detail, did a great job quickly, and he is a top-notch employee. I'll go back to DGD anytime.

I had Matthew Rivera come and look at my opener and we both decided it was time for a new unit. He was a great but not a pushy salesman and an excellent installer. I called DGD because my garage door opener was acting up. I was able to get a technician for the very next day. Brakki Brazzle was great. He did an excellent job analyzing the issue and installing a new unit. He also linked the new remote to my car for me. DGD is a great company with wonderful people.
DGD did my original door installation 10yrs ago and recently needed some maintenance. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the pricing was very transparent. Dillan Thrasher was out tech, he was very professional and did a great getting our door back in shape. Would highly recommend.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a garage door service and was scheduled for first thing this morning. The service rep showed up on time, did the inspection, gave me a quote and his recommendations, and performed the necessary repairs in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.

The installer did very nice job and besides that he was not supplied with the correct parts to do the job and instead of rescheduling he had the correct parts delivered and completed most of the job. Just waiting on the manual key latch. I would recommend this company again. Also If when you make call backs they did not show up as scam calls was fixed would be nice.
