Our Tech, Brandon, was great. He sent a text prior to his arrival, was on time and we found him very informative and professional when explaining products to us. I would highly recommend DGD and specifically their Tech Brandon.

I called in the am and got an appointment for the pm - same day!!! Raymond set me up with new clickers and sprayed the rollers. He also checked things over and told me what to keep an eye on. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend DGD!!!

I had some issues with my garage door opener. Brandon diagnosed the problem, presented my options, and in the end, I chose to install a more heavy duty door opener and track for my massive hurricane rated door. He installed the new opener very professionally and efficiently. Brandon is very skilled and knowledgeable at his trade. He took the time to set up all the remotes, lubricate the door, and explain all the functions as well as answer all my questions. A company is only as good as their employees and Brandon is top notch... Thank you Brandon!!!

Contacted DGD based on reviews and so glad I did. They worked around my schedule. Artur arrived, diagnosed, and then fixed the issue quickly for a reasonable price. As it was an unusual issue he even tried to diagnose why it happened. Great service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

He was able to resolve my garage opener problem the same day and went above and beyond to keep my cars safe, respected my property and was very knowledgeable. Learned so much and highly recommend Duke’s garage doors. I used them previously in our older home when they were DGD and received great service there too.

Bryan Aucoin came out to determine the problem we were having with our garage door not opening properly. It turned out to be a worn-out door opener. After checking with his office, he was able to not only replace the garage door opener with a new one but also, provided a future maintenance package at an affordable price. I used DGD Garage Doors to replace my garage door in 2020 and am glad that I followed up with them to replace my garage door opener. Bryan is a great representative of DGD. He listened to our concerns and completed his work, cleaned up after he was done, and made sure we understood the operation of the opener. We are very satisfied with Bryan and DGD Garage Doors!
