I had a great experience with Fontana Motors Direct . I was helped by Sujan , he did an amazing job to work with my bf and I to work every possible option for approval even with bad credit he got us approved with good monthly payment and warranty coverage for the car. I was happy to say he also was able to get any minor repairs needed for the car before I drive it off the lot . George also was a great help he assisted with the paperwork and gave clear information . Staff is friendly and service was great . I definitely recommend coming here if you need a car and are having trouble at other dealers to get an approval they will work with you with the best banks . We will be coming back to trade in our car here where they give a great percentage back to earn your business ! I love it here , thank you again ! 🙏🏼

I had the opportunity of meeting Zach Harper who was the sales associate that helped me today. Zach is very easy to talk to and you could tell right away that his customer services skills were excellent Zach asked the right questions from the get-go which made our time extremely efficient. He made sure to know what exactly I was expecting with price if I decided to buy the car I checked out. I actually did not end up buying the car that I came to see. Despite that, Zach was not offended nor was he pushy to sell me the car or convince me to buy another car from the lot. However, he did ask me that if there is another car that I’m looking for, he will be on the lookout in the future Nonetheless, even though I didn’t buy the car, I was really glad to have a good experience at this dealership. I know not everyone has a good experience when it comes to checking out cars so I’m fortunate to have met Zach. If you’re looking to purchase a car from this dealership, look for Zach!

We had to replace our van due to a recent accident so choice but to get another van. We knew what we wanted and found several to choose from Fontana Motors Direct. I ended up dealing with several members of their team. Started with Andrei who was very pleasant and patient in showing us the car. Then, we dealt with George, Jose, Giovanni and another guy which I forgot his name. They were all nice and pleasant. Good customer service and negotiating skills. Giovanni did the paperworks. Very detailed oriented. Love his checklist. Wish he’s a little faster with the paperwork but I get it, he wanted to make sure all t’a have been crossed and all i’s have been dotted. There are some repairs to be done on the car so we have to leave the car there for a week. So far, my review is all positive on this company. Highly recommended!!! If something changes, I will update.

My journey to finding a new truck at Fontana Motors had a few twists. The specific truck I wanted wasn't there, but a salesman introduced me to a 2019 Ram Bighorn that I quickly loved. However, we couldn't agree on a price at the time. A few days later, Zach Harper reached out, and I was thrilled he did, as that Ram was still on my mind. I shared the details of my previous negotiation, and Zach assured me he'd go above and beyond to get me a great deal. I admit I was skeptical, but as we talked and worked through the numbers, I realized he was genuinely committed. Zach ultimately delivered a deal that my wife and I (okay, mainly me!) were very happy with. I can't thank Zach enough for his outstanding effort and service. He's simply super awesome!
