I would like to thank Yohannes who was my brother’s salesmen a few nights ago. He had very “excellent” customer service when we came to dealer and went above and beyond to seal the deal for us. He did all that he could to assist even when a vehicle wasn’t ready. His follow up was on point, which is key for us as a consumer. We were not in the dark about anything! Yohannes also shared some good life tips to my brother in reference to his vehicle, which most sales people do not do. We can honestly say we were comfortable here, specially during COVID. This was my first time at an actual dealership on my own as a young adult, and it was very pleasant. Initially I was weary and quiet, but Jason made the experience way more comfortable. He’s truly exceptional when it comes to customer service, and making customers feel welcome and able to explore the lot. I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions. This place is super chill, and they have a wide variety of cars to look at and test drive. Overall, it was comfortable experience.
