I was helped by Josh who was very communicative with me from the start. He assured me that the vehicle was available and assured he would take care of me when I arrived. I got there and did a test drive and proceeded with all the paperwork. He made it extremely easy and even talked to my grandpa in the phone who had LOTS of questions LOL.
