Absolutely love Black Cloud! I had the pleasure of seeing Richard for a fine line tattoo, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. He was professional, kind, and incredibly talented. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tattoos. He is AMAZING !!!

I took my 16 yo for a septum piercing. The staff was very friendly, supportive, and caring. We are old fashioned parents and the staff made me feel ok about my decision to approve the piercing. I would highly recommend them.

I have been to Black Cloud so many times and have had so many amazing people pierce me. This time I had Danni and she was the sweetest ever:) We had a bit of a language barrier but that didn’t stop her from making my experience amazing and feel cared for❤️ She was the cutest most sweetest!!!

I got my first tattoo in memory of my grandfather with Richard and he did an amazing job! he did a great job at answering all the questions i had, he was patient and calming. I loved everything about the tattoo I cant wait to come back for more tattoos and i will for sure be recommending everyone i know to get ink by Richard!

Excellent staff, with excellent service. My lady and I were ‘walk-in’ customers. They were able to do consultation and the work same day. Got us in and out without issue. And we loved our tattoos!

We called about an hour til closing (small group of 3 of us on vacation) and they gladly welcomed us in and did the most incredible delicate line work I’ve ever had done. Not to mention the lightest touch and best care. Wish we lived in the area to get more work done, but next time I’m in CLT I know who to call!!! All around amazing service from the front desk to the chair.

Love my new tragus piercing! Was on a girls trip in Charlotte, they were able to take 4 of us as walk ins. The piercer was patient, knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything, and provided a calming environment!

The piercer I had was Angy/Angie and she was amazing. Everything was fast and simple. She made me feel comfortable as well constantly checked up on me. Definitely recommend this one! It’s also slightly cheaper than the one in the mall! 👍🏽

I’ve been here for piercings and tattoos and always have a great experience! I have 2 tattoos from Richard and both have held up beautifully. I just recently took a friend to get piercings together and the piercer was very knowledgeable and courteous. Everything heals well and looks great.

I got my nose pierced for the first time. I was scared! I got double nose piercings. It was really quick. I am happy with my first piercing and experience. I think the nose rings are very expensive! I hope first timers have a great experience!
