The entire facility was super clean! I got 2 piercings and about a quarter size tattoo. Hannah the piercer was AMAZING she had great conversation, was super quick, encouraging and PAIN FREE! My tattoo artist had super clean work being that it was such a small tattoo and he had an amazing vibe. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

I visited this shop on 8/16 with a group of friends for piercings and we all had a great experience! The piercer was so nice and very attentive with all of us, which helped make the environment more comfortable. I got my nose re-pierced, and she made sure to avoid the scar tissue from my previous piercing like I asked so the pain was very minimal. So far, the piercing is healing really well with the proper care. If I am ever back in Charlotte and want to get more piercings, I’ll be sure to keep this shop in mind!

I was able to get my eyebrow pierced on my lunch break (so quick!) and the girl was so nice and made it sooo not scary or painful. Also a girl at a different location looked up which store would have a piercer that could help me! Will def be back

All Im gonna say is it's a party @BlackCloud Tattoo Great staff .. I got my nose pierced it was a Kool experience The staff member talk me through every step and I was so relaxed I didn't even know the piercing was already over ...it was seconds literally I finally found my personal tattoo artist Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercings

Sara did such a great job! I love my tatto.i designed it but she took the time to make sure it was placed properly. we went over the cost of different sizes, benefits, and downfalls different placements, it was a good experience. I definitely recommend Sara!

Richard did a spectacular job for all of the tattoos for my group of girls! I messaged with him in early afternoon and he was able to see us same day! He worked with us to create 8 custom pieces between the three of us and performed each and everyone with a delicate hand. I got two piercings and the lady i went to was great even though I was moving she didn’t get mad they all was respectful and i do recommend going to them and they gave me lolly pops for crying
