We were disappointed that they didn’t have any fat tire bikes but the cruisers were fine too. They dropped them off and picked them up. We got four. All were in good shape. Customer service was helpful and friendly. I do wish that they had locks instead of keys. It’s too easy to lose a key with teenagers! Lol

We had a great experience with this company! They set up our chairs and tables for us very early in the morning the day that we requested them and pick them up later that evening. Relaxation at the beach doesn’t get any easier than this!

The place is in a beautiful location with an amazing view of the ocean. We actually saw a pod of dolphins swim by! The owners are very personable and it was a pleasure meeting them. This trip was our third trip to Carolina beach and this unit is our favorite one.

Best part of my trip! The staff was incredibly nice. The weather did not look like it was going to hold out for our morning reservation and they proactively called and set us up for the afternoon. Everyone in the party had so much fun. I will definitely be going back on my next trip to Kure beach.

Thank you for delivering our kayaks to our rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the three days kayaking on the sound. We even saw dolphins while kayaking. It was a great experience.

We were 100% satisfied with the service we received!! We got six chairs and three umbrellas that were set up and waiting for us when we arrived on the beach. (9am-5pm) The price was very reasonable and within our budget, and the best part is the set up and tear down was all done for us! Highly recommend

We always have such a great experience every year using Pleasure Island rentals. Last year, we weren’t able to use them due to location and we had a nightmare of an experience! Without worry, I can trust that Pleasure Island will meet our request, the items will be up by the time they promise, and the items will be great quality with no issues! I love that I can call, reserve, pay, and it’s one less thing to lug to the beach!

Pleasure Island Rentals provided us with chairs and umbrellas for 8 people during our recent trip to Kure Beach. They were set up each morning by 9 and picked up each evening between 5 and 6. They were set up directly in front of our rental house. It was so nice not to have to lug our chairs and umbrellas to the beach each day. We will definitely rent from them again!

We rented an umbrella and bikes. Bike rental was very pleasant experience. But umbrella rental was a bit disappointed. Communication in how to find umbrella wasn’t too clear.

The past few years I have been using Pleasure Island Rentals for when I make day trips to the beach. I reserve my umbrella and chairs online and leave in the notes where I’d like them to set it up. Super easy and very convenient. I pack my beach bag and cooler and I’m set for my day at the beach! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent staff all around. Nikki was super helpful during the entire rental process over the phone, she even helped with a “locals” suggestion for dining and activities on the island. Jake was awesome on the beach as well, always on time and friendly when we needed assistance. Would highly recommend Pleasure Island Rentals for anyone coming to Carolina Beach!
