First off...let me say how happy I am that we can actually purchase equipment inside of a store again, and not have to deal with those outrageous shipping costs. I initially went into the Barrie store in order to pick up a couple of 10 pound olympic plates...nothing major. But, somehow I ended up leaving with a seated preacher bench a couple of extra 25 pound plates...and my little 10s. Great customer service from Shaemus who was attentive and diligent, while I floundered about yet again adding to my home gym.

Shaemus did well - I have got an appointment and got 12kg, 20kg, and 28kg competition kettlebells that were used to stay in their showroom. He put it in my car. Thanks. I was not ever be inside the store, so can't say anymore.

Ordered from the Barrie location by emailing them. Shaemus was quick to process my payment and quick to schedule a curbside pickup. Got a set of of 28kg cast iron kettlebells and 32kg bells. Would definitely buy again.

I have been purchasing from them many times( weighted vest, 22lbs kettlebell, 61 lbs kettlebell, and wrist guards, ...) and I definitely recommend them. Their customer service is phenomenal specially Shaemus! He is extremely helpful and professional. And their prices are really fair comparing to other places.
