Would highly recommend Fitness Avenue! Good selection of equipment, great quality and reasonably priced. I selected the curbside pickup option for my order - I was able to schedule a pick-up, it was prepared within 10 minutes, and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service! Would order here again.

Great product, and came as expected. Looks to be great quality. There was a cost to shipping and found assembly instructions weren't clear, hence removed 1 star. If the screws and nuts were separated, it would have made the assembly more straight forward.

Incredible customer service and professionalism from everyone I dealt with at Fitness Avenue. I contacted Fitness Avenue and Antonio replied to my inquiry re: exercise flooring for our condo. He got back to me promptly but unfortunately, they did NOT have stock of the product he recommended (which was something out of their control) and I went with one of their competitors. The challenge I had with their competitor was that they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a basic install AND wanted to also charge a $300 premium if we wanted it done on the weekend! I was still in touch with Antonio and asked him about this but didn't mention the name of which company I went with. Antonio was very professional with his reply and stated that this is NOT a standard approach in the industry and stated the amount was way too high. Fortunately, I got the refund from the other company with Antonio's help. Also, purchased some products online from Fitness Avenue and a bit of a minor mix-up with the order (which can happen with a busy warehouse). They were very apologetic and resolved the situation to my utmost satisfaction very quickly! Kudo's to the entire Fitness Avenue Team - highly recommended!

La machine combo hacksquat/leg press était défectueuse à l'arrivée, dû à un défaut de fabrication des tiges d'alliage de glissement. J'en ai avisé le représentant, M.Rykker, qui a offert un excellent service et m'a expliqué que de nouvelles tiges avec un alliage devaient êtres faites et testées pour qu'il puisse remplacer le matériel défectueux. Bien entendu, cela allait prendre un certain temps et le Covid n'a aidé en rien. J'ai finalement reçu les 2 tiges et 2 bearings de remplacement(brisés par les tiges trop molles), mais en démontant la machine, je me suis rendu compte que finalement les 4 bearings étaient brisés et pas seulement 2 comme j'en avais d'abord avisé M.Rykker. Celui-ci m'a fait envoyer 2 autres bearings aussitôt le message pris, le tout sans frais supplémentaire. Malgré le délai, qui était hors de contrôle vu le besoin de refaire des pièces et tester les alliages, je suis très satisfait du service et me permets de recommander fitnessavenue.ca car je sais que le service de qualité suivra.

Was having a hard time locating a specific set of safety arms for my rigs. Not only did online customer service locate the item for me but they shipped it to the closest store for my convenience. Upon arriving at the concord location staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. I 100% will be back for any equipment my gym may need in the future!

Bought a weight vest from Fitness Avenue, good price and with everyone buying up Fitness equipment for home use they actually had it in stock. It took longer to process the order but that because they're swamped with orders but pick up was seem less and the weight vest is nicely built.

I was able to get my items and they were definitely worth it. Despite having to wait an extra week to pick up my order and with all things considered due to the restrictions, the curb side pick up was very smooth.

I purchased a weight set from here and picked it up to avoid delivery fees. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and it's great to be able to do BodyPump at home whenever I want. Only took away one star because you don't realize until after you place your order that you can only pick-up items on Mondays to Fridays, during office hours; no weekend or evening times available at all. This meant I had to book time off work to get my order. I wish this was clearly written before I placed my order, because I may have reconsidered picking it up vs delivery. I also found it difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone to ask anything. You can only email and wait until they respond.

Really great selection and their curbside pick-up process was really easy to follow-up on during the COVID-19 lockdown. Very happy with their selection of high quality products and we have ordered from them a lot (i.e. knee raise station, virgin rubber weight plates, Olympic dumbbells, etc.). The staff at the loading dock are really friendly and helpful in getting the items you need to you as fast as possible and in great, brand new condition. Highly recommending!
