They were recommended by friends. They came when scheduled,fixed problems left by my last “alarm expert “ such as wiring, three motion detectors into the same circuit and other basic wiring issues that should have happened.They updated my system and Listed out the sensors and access points in an easy and concise way, so I know what the system is doing. No Sales pressure, Gave me my options and let me choose what was best for me. Being a family owned business ,you deal with them directly and so things don’t get lost in the shuffle. Would not hesitate to hire them for all your alarm system needs.

We had Larry and his team put together a very extensive project for our new home. It included a home alarm system, camera system, powered window shade wires, a whole home vacuum system, a home internet networking system, custom surround sound system, and they helped us put in tv media boxes and custom moveable tv mounts over a fireplace and multiple other rooms. They were one of the most professional vendors we worked with. Their technicians, office staff, and owner were all extremely friendly and followed up with any questions, concerns, or additional projects we wanted to add. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Larry and his team to anyone looking for any of the home systems they put in place for us. They do a great job!

I cant really add to the exceptional work these guys do. What I will say, is not to be afraid to upgrade the DVR/HARD DRIVE. After a number of years the old drive crappped out. Direct provided a replacement which was much better (software updates as well) end user experience. It is able to differentiate between motion, vehicle motion, and human motion. Makes reviewing a breeze. Also, the downloading is a breeze. Reject the replacement hesitation with realizing there is a whole new experience awaits. And as usual, their install etc was 5 stars.

Love Direct Security & Sound. Larry is the absolute best around. It never fails several times a year our power goes out and all of our amenities go down. Larry is always able to guide me over the phone on how to reset and fix each device. Garage door openers, security cameras, thermostats and surround sound speakers. You name it and Larry can fix it. All done remotely and super fast. I have made notes so hopefully I can stop bugging him with all these little things. Thank you Larry so much. You are appreciated!!
