I know its business and its important to be professional. But try to be a little more friendly. Just saying. I always use LMC when i want something done right. Thats it🤙
I love that people skills and I also love the detail but everything that they do when they check on your car and they call you before they even start doing any work to make sure that this is what you want
Fast , corteus and efficient service
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Immediate and professional attention as soon as I walked in the door!! Told them the issue with my battery and the man at the front desk was like, “no problem...have a seat.” I sat down to unlock my phone and was getting right back up because they were done! 😳 It was so quick! And very affordable. They’ll be handling all of my vehicle issues...but hopefully not any time soon lol!

Awesome shop. The guys at LMC did an alignment on my truck after I put new tires on it. Drives solid and my camber issue was taken care of. Also Winston, the shop dog was a blast to entertain. Played fetch with his tennis balls.

Within a 4 hour period I believe from 12- 4pm Nd my car was ready for pick up. Same day, if you want great service and don’t want to worry about being ripped off use Lmc.

Good Job - went about 3 pm July 2 2019 for Oil Change & Inspection . Took 30 minutes . They are the only place we will take out vehicles
at 11 am I called to see if could possibly get my truck diagnosed and fixed that day. because it was my work truck. he told me he would try his best. they called me at 5:00 with truck ready to go, cost was on point, high quality work. I will not hesitate to take any of my vehicles there

I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnosis and they went over and beyond to figure out the issue. They also explained everything to me a was willing to give me a ride back to my home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop while they fixed the issue. I will definitely recommend to others and will also come back if I have any other car troubles/maintenance.

The staff was extremely helpful and committed to finding out why my check engine light would not go off after having the perceived problem resolved. They were finally able to figure it out and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate their help, as a woman, it can be intimidating going into a car shop because you do not know if you will be taken advantage of. The LMC automotive team was transparent without all the extra. I will return for any future issues with my vehicle.
LMC have always given me the best service. I have been going to them for over 30 years. My last visit was in and out within about 45 minutes. Chad has always been very helpful and friendly. I will continue to take my vehicles to LMC for service.
Went in for a state inspection but nobody wore a mask so that made me feel very uncomfortable.
