Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value They were very nice, professional, and affordable. I mainly needed my AC fixed and an oil change. I also had them do a general checkup on the car. They recommended the cabin air filter being changed and a coolant flush (since I had no idea when the vehicle had one previously, the cat was bought used and had 130,000+ miles on it now). Still all very affordable. When I dropped off the vehicle they got my address and asked if I needed a ride home. I didn't realize they offered that! No work was done on my vehicle but I got an honest opinion of the problem, which helped me immensely. The people there were very kind and I will recommend them to others.

The reviews did not let me down. Great service! I was very pleased by LMC. We lost my wife’s car during the Harvey flood, and had to find a replacement in a hurry, and there’s always a doubt in the back of your mind about buying a used vehicle and the conditions it’s in. LMC did not provide just a maintenance service on our vehicle, I have peace of mind that my wife and girls are in a safe vehicle. Thank You LMC!

After being entertained nonstop by Wilson, the pooch who makes waiting fun, I was given an estimate for the brake job and a lovely ride home (and back again when the job was done). The knowledge that my Camry has perfectly functioning brakes is quite reassuring. Hope I don't have to come back any time soon but I can still refer my friends in the meantime. Thanks, LMC!

I want to thank all of the guys who I came in contact with at LMC Complete Automotive a huge thank you for being SO VERY RESPECTFUL! Especially to all the single women out there in need of auto repairs looking for an honest and respectful auto shop I highly I highly LMC. I was on the internet searching for a new Auto Repair Shop to take my car to when I came across LMC Complete Automotive. After reading a lot of their outstanding reviews I gave their office a call. I spoke with Gary & explained to him that my Battery Service Charge light on the dash started coming on the night before. I needed to take it somewhere that didn’t require an appointment and who wouldn’t have to keep the car for an extended period of time. I explained to Gary that my dealership told me that I needed to replace the throttle body however after we spoke for a couple of minutes he told me that he thought it was the alternator. As I was so pressed for time he told me he would go ahead and order the throttle body & alternator so they would be at the shop when I arrived. I took the car in later that day & the diagnostic test revealed the alternator was bad. In addition, he notified me that the throttle body was extremely filthy & in order to save me some time and money they were going to do a thorough cleaning on the throttle body for now. In addition since they completed the repair and cleaning so fast I went ahead and had them do an oil change as well. 2 1/2hrs later I was leaving the shop and my car was running like a champ. I will be taking my car here from now on. I just can’t say enough about this place, theses guys are absolutely wonderful!!! Nanette F. Houston, TX
