GoogleI can’t say enough good things about these folks! We’ve used their services twice now and both experiences were amazing. The first was about 2 years ago and most recently about 2 weeks ago. They give honest and helpful advice and conduct a thorough and knowledgeable inspection. I would recommend them to anyone. Their services are customizable and you can literally tailor their services to your needs and not feel pressured to get services you don’t need. There’s also additional benefits like a complimentary concierge service and a variety of special offers. Joe and Bryan were quick and responsive and answered all questions right away!

GoogleWe had an inspection done by 1st Inspection for the purchase of our first home. This inspection was important for us because the house was a historic home built in the 1850’s. The inspectors that showed up were very personable and thorough. Both very well suited for the job and both owned historic homes themselves. Knowing the company sent these specific individuals because of their direct knowledge of historic builds just shows the care and attention to detail that 1st inspection has for their customers. I would definitely recommend using them for your future home purchases.

They were able to inspect the property within 2 days of me requesting the inspection. The inspection was one of the most thorough I have ever seen: roof, plumbing, termite, electrical, etc. The inspector called me from the site and reviewed everything with me/answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t say enough good things! I’m an insurance claims adjuster, and I review inspection reports regularly. This report was very thorough, clear and easy to read, and even included a full roof inspection.
