The inspector was very informative. He did not check furnace or the fireplace. The listing did not let my agent that the fans were on remote control. The only fan not working was the primary bedroom. Also he recommended we have a plumber and eletrician to check everything else.

I am so incredibly grateful to have selected Bryan to perform my inspection. His team really took the time to approach the property as if they were buying it themselves inspecting every last system and component. He even found several things I had missed or hadn't even thought about. He provided a very detailed report with photos and all. Our inspector even took the time to walk me through the things he had found as well as showing me where various shut offs were. The price was reasonable and well worth the time he spent on the inspection. I would definitely recommend this company and it's inspectors to anyone who is in the market for a good home inspection.

I was unable to stay for the whole inspection, but while I was there Joe offered to let me join him and gave very detailed information on why defects he identified were problematic and suggested next steps. Report was thorough and included sufficient photos for preliminary repair quotes from other professional services. Very good and will use again if I buy in this region.
