Advanced Appliance has performed many problems that I have in my home requested through my home warranty. They are professional and courteous and get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks to Ben who came out and diagnosed and repaired a wire that had rubbed the insulation off for the reversing valve at the outside condensing unit which caused a short shutting down my A/C system. He took time to explain and provided answers to questions that I had reference to the repairs. Would highly recommend their services in whatever problem you have.

The gentleman that came to my house to work on my washing machine, *****; was very pleasant and personable. Since my husband was not at home at the time, I want to add that I felt very comfortable around him. I asked a lot of Questions that is just my nature, I like to know stuff, especially about my home and surroundings and If I had gotten on his nerves as my husband warned me when he called while ***** was here, he never let me know. Lol. Very patient.He graciously answered all my questions, some in detail so that I would understand what was being done, why and what things to look for should there be any other issues. He came back a second time for what ended up being a minor thing; and then taught me how to prevent it. I plan to use this company again and keep them in my contacts as my go to. Most importantly, I am thankful for a company that is God centered.

My technician was very helpful. He came in and fixed my AC with no problem, changed my batteries in my thermostat, and got the measurements for one of my filters and also advised me on which type of filter I should get with no hesitation or frustration. I highly recommend!

Walter was great to work with. He explained to me all what needed to be done and took care of it smoothly. He originally thought some things needed to be done once the motor was replaced but told me the day of service they did not needed to be done saving me some money.
