Over the past decade, Advanced Appliance has earned my loyalty and appreciation for work well done. They have serviced my heating and a/c units, assisted with appliance repairs and provided over-the-phone trouble shooting. Most recently, my water heater “expired” and Advanced came to the rescue. From the service manager, Jacob, to the staff who navigated the nuances of the home warranty, to the installers, Gary and Allan, everyone worked expeditiously to order and install my new water heater before company arrived. In fact, the installers averted a potential disaster when they discovered that the bottom of the old unit rusted and was no longer intact. Thank you! Advanced Appliance has earned my top rating.
