I had Gary out to my house because my kitchen had flooded. He quickly found the problem created by a different plumber and gathered up his materials and got the problem fixed. The service overall from the lady taking my call to the service manager following up after the call was completed was just outstanding!!!! I couldn't ask for anything better.

The fee to come out was 49.95 and it was estimated to be about 75 to 80 for a leak under the refrigerator as the total. However when the man came out we were charged almost $155. It was a big shock to us. it took him less than 15 minutes maybe even less than 10 minutes to actually fix it and lookEd like he just used a hairdryer to solve the frozen issue. I was a little upset but the manager contacted me and he completely understood and they refunded me half the price. I feel like that was very fair and that’s the value of it to me. The manager also agreed that it was quick and they wanted to provide excellent customer service. I am pleased that they actually care about the customer!. I have used them before and I would use them again. Im very happy now!

We thought the water heater had gone out; however, Advanced Appliance discovered the leak at our water heater was actually caused by a failed PRV (pressure relief valve) causing high pressure water to be forced from the meter through and out of our hot water heater. Advanced Appliance reacted quickly to our call and we received a service appointment almost immediately (the following morning). Because of their quick action, our home was spared thousands of dollars in damage to pipes and fixtures (specifically shower/tub valves) which may have also been blown due to the failed PRV. In the end, the PRV was replaced during the same (first) visit and within two days we had a new State brand water heater installed up to code for our home. We cannot thank our technician, Todd enough for the fantastic job he did installing the new PRV and our new hot water heater. We also appreciate Jack who worked behind the scenes at the office to ensure we were scheduled ASAP and to save us some money wherever he could. We are AHS home warranty members; therefore, working with a local company that's willing to advocate for homeowners and understands the hoops that must be jumped through to ensure AHS/other warranty companies received the necessary diagnosis, correct information and repair recommendations quickly makes all the difference!

Quite honestly, I have used this company before for a different type of repair and I was not pleased at all. But this time, a very nice woman scheduled my service call immediately, and the plumbing contractor Brian arrived at my home when he said he would. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done about it. It was a very good experience overall! On 1/13/20 I went to pick up a part to fix my 20 yr. old washer. While waiting for the part at the counter, a technician named Patrick was walking by. I asked him his advice on putting on the motor/coupler. Patrick stopped and proceeded to give me a full explanation of the part and tricks to get the part on. He was patient and kind and explained to me how the part can be put on the right way or the wrong way! He explained how the new part was slightly improved over the old part and why some effort would be involved in getting the new part to fit. I thanked him for his kindness and him taking the time to make sure a "parts customer" like me was taken care of. I have been buying parts here since 1996. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and they have what I needed to do my own repairs. The level of care and concern by Patrick, however, was exceptional. He is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have dealt with. Thanks! (By the way, the part worked great and the 'ol washer is back running!)
