Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality A/C went out and home warranty gave me their information, stating they would call to set up appointment within 24 hours. I called them after 3 as it was already over 84 in my house and I leave thermostat on 71. First available appointment was 8 days later (including a holiday weekend). I took it hoping something sooner would open up. It didn't. So we went through many days at 95+ in my home, son got sick and had to be sent away for days. Day arrives to be fixed and I've been given a window on 8:30-5:00pm. No one could narrow it down. Repair tech calls about 9am stating he will be here in 15 to 20 min. Arrived on time, fixed the issue in 10 minutes and we have been cold ever since. Overall, I'm happy. Just wish they would have arranged appointment instead of me chasing them, could have given an earlier appointment and a better time frame.

A couple of hours after talking to my warranty company, someone from Advanced Appliance Service called me to schedule. Unfortunately they couldn't even squeeze us in, so we waited for four days without hot water. Thank goodness it was not winter. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable.
