Every person that walked through the door was kind, and considerate of the devastation I was struggling through. They went above and beyond to make sure repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and as hassle free as possible. BBBI had a great experience with Advanced Appliance! Scott was the technician who serviced my furnace. I had been having problems with my airflow since I purchased my home. I have had 4 other people look at it. Scott really listened to me concerning what I had been experiencing and took the time to do some good old fashioned trouble shooting!! He found the real source of my problem. I would highly recommended Scott with Advanced Appliance.
