Best service hands down! My A/C went out and I had family coming into town the next day, I called in and spoke to a wonderful woman who answered the phone and she said they were booked, after she heard my story, had a tech at my door in an hour. The technician that arrived was polite, efficient and actually very funny!!! They have my business from here on out! Highly recommend them!! Thank you guys!!

Tech quickly diagnosed the issue with our spare fridge/freezer, installed a part and it is now working properly again. He said to monitor it for a day or so and to call them if I have any further issues with it not working.

Advanced is a big, responsible company, been servicing us for years, replaced our system for as good a price as we could find, gives us relevant advice on occasion. Some techs are more savvy than others, though.

After completing the initial assessment of the problem, I was immediately contacted to schedule a date/time for them to complete the repair.
