Derek was amazing! He was very thorough, explained what he would be doing and why he was doing it. He made reasonable recommendations for my system and offered solutions. I was pleased that he sent an estimate over for a new system without haggling me like other companies would. I am happy with the maintenance plan and looking forward to being serviced again in the future!

I recently had a problem with my a/c unit not cooling. Technician came out and found a leak at a valve. Replaced that and charged the system. It was good for about a month but stopped cooling again. Another technician came out and was Fantastic. He identified the issue and the Dilmak team worked to make sure the warranty covered the parts. They were very upfront with the fact they should have caught this the first time and credited the previous bill. I absolutely know mistakes happen but measure of good people and companies are how you handle issues. From the office to the tech’s i believe Dilmak does the “right thing”. I would highly recommend Dilmak for all HVAC needs.

This is the 3rd time we have used Dilmak who are a 24/7 business. Excellent service / repairs and, received quick same day response, especially since our problems were urgent. Office staff and techs are courteous. Dilmak staff (especially Sandy) makes sure you are taken care of. Very satisfied with results. We were pleased to find them online after an emergency. Also happy they are AC, Heating and Plumbing repair reservice. Thank you Dilmak!
