Dilmak was the only company I could find after a year of searching that was willing to replace our old vent hood motor. They did the research and acquired the parts needed as well as installing it, which was more of a challenge than originally thought. However, they created the solution needed and the completed project was exactly on target. They were professional, kind, patient, and very neat. I will be using them again!!

Technician (Joseph) replaced the rusted/failed breaker inside the furnace located in the attic and secured existing insulation on the outside that was the cause of the problem.

I loveed the technicians. They worked constant from 10 AM - PM. Darren is good about getting things done on time. Chris was great at keeping up with everything that is needed. They are a great team.. Great team, I hope these get acknowledged for their good work.

Whoever is in charge of parts or supplies needs have them ordered and filled before they leave. Then good team would be great one

I have a two story house I have very professionals come to this home and calibrated the air so each room is not hotter than the other. The professional have very good attitudes and discuss with all the steps they take as the task are accomplished

When my AC started going out at 17 years old, Dilmak helped me get it to limp along another year. When it finally bit the dust, they were on the top of my list to call! They weren’t the cheapest option, but they had the best product for the price vs the other guys’ cheaper HVAC units.
