I locked my keys in my car. After doing research, AJ Locksmith popped up in my Google search as one of the best reviewed companies near me. And boy, did they deliver. This company deserves all the praise, they gave me a time window and a flat rate on the first call. The field technician, Joey, kept me updated on his timeline and was very professional (For those wonderfing about CDC COVID regulations/precautions, Joey, showed up wearing A Mask, Gloves, and practiced Social distancing the entire time). It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and even harder to find an honest locksmith, but AJ Locksmith has my business as long as I’m here in Dallas.

My girlfriend had a lock out in her car and called out a locksmith (not AJ’s they’re great). They quoted us a rate and when they arrived tripled the amount quoted saying “that was a minimum.” Without even looking at anything. Then took 20 minutes trying to get into the car and couldn’t! I immediately sent them away and called AJ’s which I had used before. They arrived exactly when they said they would and charged a very reasonable amount. Exactly what they said they would, not a dime more! He was in the car in less than 5 minutes. Very nice and professional! I have their number saved and will not use anyone else from now on

When I locked my keys in the car at a doctor's appointment, they had the best price I found and the least wait time. I got text updates on my phone and they waited until he found me to charge. I was very thankful when he arrived before my phone battery was gone.

We had our entire house re-keyed and had an excellent experience with Joey! He communicated the day of and keep us updated on when he would arrive. At the house he was professional and got everything done quickly. I checked everything while he was still on site and didn’t find any issues. I would absolutely use this company again in the future!

We had the door latch break on our patio door. It was a complicated task to get it open. Our locksmith did a great job of seeking out options and taking his time to get it open. He cleaned up well and helped me prep the area for the new knob that I needed to add. I'll absolutely call them again if needed.

I had an 05 Silverado with a dead battery and locked doors. Within 30 minutes of my call to AJ’s, Joe was at my door step, mask and gloves on ready to help. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they came. Joe had my door unlocked within 5 minutes and then offered to charge my car battery! This extension of kindness blew me away and was greatly appreciated. He did NOT have to help me there but went the extra mile because you could tell he knew it was the right thing. Very thankful for their service and support. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if so there’s only one call I’d make.
