I had an 05 Silverado with a dead battery and locked doors. Within 30 minutes of my call to AJ’s, Joe was at my door step, mask and gloves on ready to help. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they came. Joe had my door unlocked within 5 minutes and then offered to charge my car battery! This extension of kindness blew me away and was greatly appreciated. He did NOT have to help me there but went the extra mile because you could tell he knew it was the right thing. Very thankful for their service and support. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if so there’s only one call I’d make.

He told me exactly what he could do to resolve this. He was able to get my issue resolved with calm and positivity. He instilled my confidence in him immediately with his pleasant, professional demeanor and his very neat appearance and nice looking clean business van with his logo. We haven’t lived here long and apparently never noticed the master bedroom had a keyed knob on it. It was damaged and when I shut the door I accidentally locked my dog IN the bedroom! Joey at AJ Locksmith was prompt, professional, and saved Chloe! No damage to the door at all. We’ve since replaced the door knob so that won’t happen again! Thanks Joey!!

I locked myself out of my car with my dog inside and the car running and let them know this when I first called.
