It's so rare that a service call actually happens within the scheduled window, but AJ Locksmith understood the importance there for my re-key and scheduled a time they could actually keep. The price was fair, and he didn't charge for my extra key copies. I didn't quite understand why Joey needed to replace a lock barrel, but the final total was not too bad. Joey was very timely, friendly, hygienic, and professional. I would be comfortable calling again or recommending AJ Locksmith to a friend.

Joe was very professional. He called 30min before arrival, on time for the appointment as scheduled. Price upfront and very competitive. I called multiple places before deciding on Joe. One place did a no show, the other seemed shady as they wouldn’t tell me how much it would cost to rekey 4 locks. I would use Joe again in the future. Highly recommended!

I locked my keys in my car. After doing research, AJ Locksmith popped up in my Google search as one of the best reviewed companies near me. And boy, did they deliver. This company deserves all the praise, they gave me a time window and a flat rate on the first call. The field technician, Joey, kept me updated on his timeline and was very professional (For those wonderfing about CDC COVID regulations/precautions, Joey, showed up wearing A Mask, Gloves, and practiced Social distancing the entire time). It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and even harder to find an honest locksmith, but AJ Locksmith has my business as long as I’m here in Dallas.

My girlfriend had a lock out in her car and called out a locksmith (not AJ’s they’re great). They quoted us a rate and when they arrived tripled the amount quoted saying “that was a minimum.” Without even looking at anything. Then took 20 minutes trying to get into the car and couldn’t! I immediately sent them away and called AJ’s which I had used before. They arrived exactly when they said they would and charged a very reasonable amount. Exactly what they said they would, not a dime more! He was in the car in less than 5 minutes. Very nice and professional! I have their number saved and will not use anyone else from now on

We had the door latch break on our patio door. It was a complicated task to get it open. Our locksmith did a great job of seeking out options and taking his time to get it open. He cleaned up well and helped me prep the area for the new knob that I needed to add. I'll absolutely call them again if needed.
