After reviewing the damage, Balen was able to provide an estimate that was more than fair compared to what was quoted at surrounding dealerships, along with taking the time to explain each service that was being completed. Repair was done exactly on time and was charged exactly what was quoted. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleHaving never been in an accident that required needing to have my car fixed, I had no idea what to do or expect. A Autopoint came recommended and my experience was fantastic. My car was restored to almost brand new condition and I had minimal interaction with the insurance adjuster because they handled it all. Very impressed with the quality of work and the attention/communication i received while it was being worked on. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that i was told ahead of time that there were no loaners available. I highly recommend them!

GoogleOver the course of the last thirty or forty years, I have used a auto point collision multiple times and have always been more than happy with the results. My latest experience was with a 2019 white GMC. All wheel drive terrain, which I purchased used from a dealership that I didn't realize was damaged until about a month after I took delivery. I talked to the body shop manager at the dealership where I purchased the used car and he wrote up a quote for fifteen hundred dollars to repair my left driver's side quarter panel and bumper. This was in mid February of 2024 and he couldn't do the repair until April. So I got a quote from a auto point. The dealership wanted $1500 for the repair and max, at auto point gave me a quote of eight hundred dollars And he could start on the repair the next day. This was not an insurance job, so I was delighted that they gave me a car to use while my car was being repaired at no cost to me. This was very helpful since I lived by myself and I need transportation. The repair made the car look as good as new. Once again, their work was fabulous. I highly recommend them.

GoogleMy blinker has been in need of replacement for a while now and I wanted a quick run-in and run-out experience. In today’s world , quick service is hard to find but I found it today! I stopped in at A Auto Collision Shop today and had an amazing experience with one of their staff members, whom was very nice and professional. The mechanic took a look at my issue right away and within 10 minutes my truck was fixed. They also noticed the interior of my door was exposed. I did not notice it. They kindly fixed it. I would highly recommend this place!!
