After my car accident, I brought my car to this shop for repairs and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. They also provided me with a loaner car, which I really appreciated because I needed a vehicle during the repair process. I just picked up my car this morning, and it was washed and returned to me very clean. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back again. I would also highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto repairs.

Just had my car fixed at AAuto Point Collision after having my whole tailgate and bumper bashed in by someone who wasnt paying attention. I am so glad I chose A Auto. They did a great job and my car looks perfect again. It took just 3 weeks and they supplied me a free loaner during the repair. I will definitely go back for any other repairs. They are very competitively priced and my car was cleaned as well.

Third time having my truck undercoated with Corrosion Free by A Auto Point Collision (maintenance recoat every 18 months). The appointments are always on time, job is always done to perfection and my truck is hand washed afterwards. The office staff are always friendly and make the short wait easy. I highly recommend this business. If you pay by cash or check you will save the 8% credit card charge.

Brought two cars in back to back for collision work. Partial insurance claim and partial customer paid. Highly satisfied with the work! I had visited several shops before deciding on A Auto Point, who felt the most honest and thorough. Complimentary rental provided during work was also a big differentiator. I will say the jobs took longer than expected but I’ll take it given the quality and care plus the rental car.

If I could share photos I would but they did everything to accommodate me with what I could afford for my collision damage and did an amazing job blending my paint. Got a new fender and hood and I looks brand new now. After that i discovered they did other work while loaning me a vehicle since I have full coverage and they do amazing work. No issues. I got into a bad car accident With a lot of damage to the front and rear end of my Truck. There was so much damage, my truck was almost totaled. A Auto was my #1 choice of collision shops to bring my truck to, and boy am I glad I did!!! They did an OUTSTANDING job!! CHATGPT was right! They truly are THE BEST in Macomb & Oakland county! I had a nice car to drive (for free!) while they had my car. From my first phone call to the second I pulled away after service, I had NOTHING but THE BEST customer service! They are a diamond in the rough in this day and age! We are so happy with the work on our Porsche. It took a little longer than we anticipated but the car looks almost showroom new. We want to especially thank Balen for explaining what was done and for the email updates on where they were at in the process. I was rear-ended by a truck on I-75. A Auto Point gave me a bid several hundred dollars cheaper than the dealer. The car came back in showroom condition and there were no surprise up-charges at the end. I would definitely go back to them again.
