They made me feel right at home and at ease about everything. I did my own research found them on my own and was pleased with the results of the procedure. Can't wait for other leg to get done so I can be evened out. Thank you vascular institute. 3/30/23 Well what can I say the second time around. My knees feel good. Now when I walk I don't weeble or wobble. LOL I think that the vascular institute is the great thing that has happened to avoid having scars left on your legs from a knee replacement. May not be for everybody but I can dance all night long now. Thank you again vascular institute great people keep up the good work.

Very nice personnel & overall great service but was disappointed that some of my veins were impassable as I understand & full procedure was not possible! But appreciate the doctor’s efforts & what he accomplished. Hope that helps me to some extent. Thanks again! I will recommend you to some of my friends with same problem.

Although there was some administration productive inconsistencies at first, it all worked well. My visit was very productive, Dr Kevin gave a great explantation of my knee situation and did a very good comprehensive examination. Did not rush into recommending surgery as a primary way of correcting the injury. I Highly recommend it.

Very pleased with the staff and doctors at the Vascular Institute. They described the process and procedure clearly and made sure that I understood what was going to happen. I need to have detailed education when it comes to my health care. It also helps me make decisions about who will be providing that care. It is important to get good education from health care workers to make the best decisions for yourself. My procedure is done now and I am just waiting for results. Only mild discomfort so far and some normal mottling of the skin on my knee. If this is effective I'm going to get my right knee done too!

The entire team makes you feel very welcome. From the scheduler to the surgeon, everyone is professional and friendly. They handled everything from my insurance claim to the ride to/from the appointment. The procedure was minimally invasive with a quick recovery. I’m more than impressed with the results and everyone that made it possible to regain mobility and get relief from years of pain.

The staff are wonderful and a delight to work with. The doctor was terrific. He took the time to make everything clear to me about the procedure I would need for my knee condition. He did not rush me into having the procedure done, but allowed me to be comfortable about my decision to have my knees worked on. I'm 3 days post my GAE procedure on my 1st of two knee procedures and I am over the moon with the results. I have so much gratitude for the physical results of this pain-relieving procedure and I highly highly recommend the Vascular Institute and their staff for being such an amazing healthcare organization. From my first telephonic and in-person consultations, to the front desk interactions, nursing and doctor care before, during, and after, to the telephonic follow ups, the care, compassion, clear communication, and genuine kindness exhibited by every single human I interacted with has just been amazing.
