PAIN-FREE, PAIN-FREE, PAIN-FREE! I have bone on bone bilateral osteoarthritis in my knees. After having GAE, this procedure has saved my life. I'm back to being my old self. No more walker, no more unsteadiness, no more fear of going up or down the stairs. I am pain-free. DR. HUNTER and the ENTIRE TEAM are the BEST. From the moment you call to schedule a consultation for the GAE procedure, to check-in for the consultation, the procedure and after care are nothing short of white glove service. I recommend that anyone , should give vascular institute a call .I love the way that they makes me feel better about wanting to help me with pain. and the people are so nice. the doctors speak with you as like they can feel your pain, their is much carrying for people's. I had a really good experience. I went in had my procedure done and I feel good. My pain is seems to be gone. I am able walk and don’t have that pain that I had before. Cannot wait to get my right knee fixed. Thank you Vascular Institute.

I loved how everyone there were attentive and were explaining everything that were happening. The antithesis explained the medication that was being administering. The preformed the procedure great but unfortunately my big toe couldn't be saved.

From the time I started to the very 2nd I left this place I was highly impressed the nurses, staff receptionist's People, The lady that did my blood was able to get the sleepy meds in me 1st shot no hassle no pain she was fantastic and I'm usually very scared of needles but she was good on the 1st poke so that's the only time I needed to see a needle so she was great. Doctor was great ,bedside manner WAS GREAT, GOOD SENCE OF HUMOR, AND WHEN THEY WHEELED ME BACK THE TWO LADIES WERE GREAT, I HAD DR.HUNTER AS THE SURGEON, I WISH I REMEMBERED ALL THE NAMES, BUT YOU 3 LADIES KNOW WHO YOU ARE!! :):):) NOW THE FIRST NIGHT WAS ALITTLE ROUGH WITH THE PAIN, WISH THEY WOULD GIVE YOU SOMETHING BESIDES IBROPHEN 800, DID NOT HELP THE PAIN, THE KNER WAS SORE AND JUST ALITTLE HARD TO WALK..DAY2, MUCH BETTER, STILL SORE WITH PATCHES OF RED AROUND KNEE, TO BE EXPECTED FROM THE DR...CANT WAIT FOR DAY 3... I am truly grateful for that 🙌 Dr. Kevin Kerchansky gave me so much info on the procedure so making a decision was so much easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Hunter was also amazing and, the surgical staff was awesome. From beinging to the end they walked me through everything before they did it. Oh, and also they played some of the best music!!

I had my visit with Katie at the vascular institute for my knee she was totally awesome . She made sure that I understood everything. I was totally satisfied when I left Everyone working at East Valley office on Baseline & Higley were awesome they greeted me with a smile that does not happen very often at other doctors offices. At checkout the assistant eve faxed my referral to the Simon Med closes to my home, I live in Casa Grande so that was great. When I received my call for my consultation they told me there was an office in Phoenix that I would need to go too I told that I live in Casa Grande and Phoenix was a little far for me to drive because I would have to borrow a car to go that far and asked if there was an office closer in the East Valley She said there was and scheduled me with that office so I could go to that office but she had to make sure 1st that they had an opening for me and they got me in I do recommend this office on my 1st visit was an awesome experience I don't normally do that but I would definitely recommend them.

I can only describe my experience with one word, "Remarkable"! I am ecstatic and so grateful for this procedure. I literally went from at 8:10 to about a two three and getting better as the days go by. I highly recommend for anyone that has knee issues to have this procedure done because it works and it brought me back to a point of normality. The results were incredible, lol! Well I guess I can describe it in two words remarkable incredible that's all I can say thank you so much vascular institute!

Well I waited to see a doctor to help me with my pain in my RT knee and I knew that I was going to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon I think it was a waste of time for me to be told I needed to see a specialist after waiting all this time past I knew I needed to see a specialist why did I need to see a doctor to tell me that!!!! I'm done with wasting my time to see a doctor to tell me that!!

I live in Oklahoma and we don't have this luxury. I had this procedure done yesterday and I am totally free of any pain. Dr. Hunter is so very nice and his nurses are excellent. I am walking and moving my leg without pain. Awesome, awesome 💯.

This staff and the MD were incredibly professional and empathetic. The doctor was completely approachable and open to feedback regarding my care. Despite the fact that I wasn’t a candidate for the procedure that I was being screened for, the doctor still gave good advice regarding my next steps in finding pain relief. 10/10. Would happily go again.
