Daniel was extremely helpful. I had a watch with a raised glass face and needed the battery changed. Took it to multiple other jewelers and they all said they couldn't get the back of the watch put back on. Daniel said he would try, but that there's a risk of cracking or breaking the glass but that he has done plenty before with success. He took it back and came out a minute later with my watch fixed! Fantastic service and I will only come here from now on!

With it being at Christmas time I was impressed that they were able to get my diamond bracelet back to me within a couple of days! Walking in, the shop was beautiful arranged with"glitter"- "diamonds" on display throughout the store. My sales young lady was very friendly and congenial! I was impressed that as she took my bracelet from me she took a pic of it and then put it in a locked drawer all while I was standing there-this showed me they"care" got the jewelry they take in :) They were very friendly! I'd go back !

What a pleasant surprise this morning. I needed a watch battery so I stopped at the closest jewelry store to my home which just happens to be V Jewelers. The most pleasant and friendly greeting was the perfect introduction to the rest of the visit. The premises are beautiful and immaculate and talking with Joy while We waited for the watch was pleasant and breezy; like talking with an old friend. She was a Joy to talk with. Made me wish the battery took longer to replace.

I was very surprised at the level of care I received during my visit yesterday. I was looking to have my wedding rings refinished and I was surprised by not only the level of education I was provided prior to my decision-making, but by the speed and high-quality of service I was rendered. My rings were finished and returned (for an incredibly reasonable price) the same day and they look like they just came from the case. Their showroom is bright and welcoming and carries a variety of high-end exquisite jewelry pieces that are beautifully displayed. I also would like to mention the one on one customer service is fully attentive. They listen to what you're looking for in the price range(s) you tell them.

I went in to V Jewelers for the first time today, to get 2 watches resized. The women who helped me(I wish I had gotten her name) was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I overheard another customer being helped, just beside me, and being treated with the same kindness as I was. A+ customer service. The pricing was much better than any other Jewelry/watch repair business, I have ever visited. This was also the fastest I have ever had a repair done. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and had a good amount of service done, on two different watches. I would highly recommend taking your business to V Jewelers!

I did research and saw all the great reviews for V Jeweler before stopping by. I had such a bad experience at a different jewelry store I was nervous bringing in my Great Grandmothers ring for some badly needed repair. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted warmly. Daniel listened to my concerns and took time answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable. I felt very secure leaving my ring. When I picked it up I was so shocked how beautiful and brand new it looked. It was repaired perfectly. I am so happy to have a jeweler l can trust and will be a regular at V jewelry!

This is an amazing jewelers. I brought in my daughter's watch to be repaired. She passed away years ago and it is one of the only things I have left from her. V Jewelers has never let me down. They go out of their way to help with the batteries in my expensive watch and I always enjoy looking at their unique jewelry while waiting. What a wonderful experience.
Dropped off my wedding ring that was missing a diamond, very dirty, and bent from years of abuse.
They replaced the diamond, cleaned up my ring, and polished it up like brand new. Very fast service at a great price. I am extremely happy with the way it turned out and will definitely do business here again.

Amazing service. After deciding what we wanted to add to my engagement-wedding set, we were advised adding so many diamonds in the original setting style may dig into my fingers causing discomfort when wearing. They suggested not extending diamonds out so far and this company was willing to lose out on money just to give us good advice. Excellent integrity. Then they came up with solution so I could still fill the empty space with diamonds but totally change the settings to accommodate diamonds in descending size. Brilliant ideas by V Jewelers and we also ended up paying several hundred less than original quote. Will absolutely use them again for all jewelry needs.

The ladies that helped me we're very personable, kind and pleasant. The fee that I was charged was very fair and the work was done very quickly, while I waited. I have been a customer of V jewelers for over 4 years. They were recommended to me thru family. I love the knowledge of the staff and the quality of their work I have since moved and drive 30 minutes for I trust working with Daniel. I recently brought a ring for repairs it's very expensive and Daniel knows that it is very sentimental to me that is absolutely irreplaceable. He recommended certain repairs in order to safeguard my ring I only trust it with V Jewelers to drop it off and be able to pick up a few days later. Daniel gave me a couple of options and was very reasonable and it was done in a timely manner. This is the only jewelry store we go to either for diamond earrings for my daughters, or a pendants for my husband I trust their opinions and their knowledge and love their quality of work. The family at V Jewelers are the best and will continue on driving 30 mins for quality.

Just found my new jeweler/jewelry store. Moved to the west valley (Surprise) a few months ago and needed to find an honest jewelry store. Referred to them by the jewelry manager at Walmart after not being able to change my watch battery successfully.
Walked in and was greeting immediately by Maria. Explained to her want I needed and she immediately had their on site jeweler do the work. NO CHARGE

In the area for spring training and needed a new watch battery. Not as easy as it sounds because it is a somewhat expensive watch and no one wanted the responsibility. Looked on line and found V Jewelers had great reviews. They were the friendliest people ever. Even though I was only in for a battery they treated me as if I had just purchased a 10 carat ring.
