I searched online for a place to purchase a new mattress setup. I happened upon the Idaho Mattress Outlet in Rexburg since I was there. Working with Travis at the Idaho Outlet in Rexburg was a pleasure. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He offered as many possible options to fulfill my needs. He spent well over two hours with me. Not only did I leave with two mattress setups but with four sets of quality sheets at a wonderful price and a 12 lb heavy blanket to try for the first time. He did an excellent job at securing a new customer. I highly recommend them.

There was only one salesman there due to the covid nightmare (darn me for forgetting his name) but he pleasantly introduced himself when we came in despite being with customers. He then kept tabs on us while helping them. He gave us a good understanding of our options when he freed up and even when other customers came in he balanced well and my wife and I never felt ignored. We took longer to decide than some of the other customers but when we were done he was very apologetic for not being able to give us his full attention earlier and gave us a small discount because of our patience. We felt valued and he didn’t feel pushy. Of course he was a little salesman because that’s the job, but it wasn’t too pushy and he respected our choices without trying to up sell us.

We worked with Matt! What an amazing guy. Not pushy not trying to sell you something you didn’t want or need. He really listens. I’ve been using a standard pillow from Walmart, not that there bad, but May says try this one out. See if it makes a difference. I tried it for like 2 min my head Abe much don’t hurt and took my head ache away. Apparently all pillows are not the same. He helped my parents find a mattress they Both liked. Matt was so patient and kind. That good Rock, and Matt excelled at his job!
