My aunt bought a bed here 5ish years ago and we went back to get a frame cuz she was moving to Texas and leaving her old frame. Clint was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help find the right one and a new mattress cover. Thank you Clint!!!

Our salesman was amazing! Never pushy and took great care of us. Had the mattress and adjustable frame delivered. They set everything up, taught us how to use it and hauled off the boxes and garbage. If you're in Cache Valley Logan area, this is the place to get your mattresses

We paid over the phone for a box spring, and were assured it would be held until we could pick it up (which we did, 2 days later). When we went to get it, my husband was informed there was one there but it had someone else’s name on it! My husband was told someone had wanted it but not picked it up. Apparently the salesperson who happily took our credit card info didn’t put our name on it. We were able to get it, then when we got it home and took the plastic off, we discovered a very large rip in the cloth covering the bottom of the box spring. We taped it closed so our cat won’t crawl up into it. So no, we would not recommend this store as they seem to focus more on sales and less on customer satisfaction. 😞

Very friendly staff and worked very well with me and my budget. I recommend them to anybody! They made sure to get me the best deal possible and even applied a promotion on top of the already discounted mattress. Im very happy with my purchase!

Very good experience. The salesman was from another store but covering a shift and was very nice. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t want and the bed we ended up getting is amazing. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a mattress that they can get a good nights sleep on.

First time at the mattress store..experience was awesome.. A young man by the name of Braydon helped me. There was no pressure or pushy sales pitches. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I walked out of there with a new bed., I highly recommend this place and if you get a chance to get Braydon as your sales guy..you won't be disappointed.

The sales rep “Braiden” was fantastic very friendly and understood what we were looking for, we were not sure how much money to expect to spend so we tried to keep it low though he was gentle and great at helping us realize we were thinking to low and for something that would be worthwhile and actually improve our sleep he then showed us the best options he had available, if you ever go to mattress outlet talk to Braiden he will take care of you he really really did the best job I’ve seen as a sales agent in my life, he really meant to help us out and did. We ended up getting a mattress and pillows and a protection cover for the mattress. The products were also above and beyond expectations we will be keeping business with them from now on.

I searched online for a place to purchase a new mattress setup. I happened upon the Idaho Mattress Outlet in Rexburg since I was there. Working with Travis at the Idaho Outlet in Rexburg was a pleasure. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He offered as many possible options to fulfill my needs. He spent well over two hours with me. Not only did I leave with two mattress setups but with four sets of quality sheets at a wonderful price and a 12 lb heavy blanket to try for the first time. He did an excellent job at securing a new customer. I highly recommend them.

There was only one salesman there due to the covid nightmare (darn me for forgetting his name) but he pleasantly introduced himself when we came in despite being with customers. He then kept tabs on us while helping them. He gave us a good understanding of our options when he freed up and even when other customers came in he balanced well and my wife and I never felt ignored. We took longer to decide than some of the other customers but when we were done he was very apologetic for not being able to give us his full attention earlier and gave us a small discount because of our patience. We felt valued and he didn’t feel pushy. Of course he was a little salesman because that’s the job, but it wasn’t too pushy and he respected our choices without trying to up sell us.

We worked with Matt! What an amazing guy. Not pushy not trying to sell you something you didn’t want or need. He really listens. I’ve been using a standard pillow from Walmart, not that there bad, but May says try this one out. See if it makes a difference. I tried it for like 2 min my head Abe much don’t hurt and took my head ache away. Apparently all pillows are not the same. He helped my parents find a mattress they Both liked. Matt was so patient and kind. That good Rock, and Matt excelled at his job!
