Gordon was especially knowledgeable about the variety of product vs individual sleep needs, he was welcoming and very friendly to us and helped us find the perfect bed and frame for our budget. Travis and Mitchell delivered our new bed in perfect condition, timely manner and also very friendly. Our salesman was amazing! Never pushy and took great care of us. Had the mattress and adjustable frame delivered. They set everything up, taught us how to use it and hauled off the boxes and garbage. If you're in Cache Valley Logan area, this is the place to get your mattresses

We paid over the phone for a box spring, and were assured it would be held until we could pick it up (which we did, 2 days later). When we went to get it, my husband was informed there was one there but it had someone else’s name on it! My husband was told someone had wanted it but not picked it up. Apparently the salesperson who happily took our credit card info didn’t put our name on it. We were able to get it, then when we got it home and took the plastic off, we discovered a very large rip in the cloth covering the bottom of the box spring. We taped it closed so our cat won’t crawl up into it. So no, we would not recommend this store as they seem to focus more on sales and less on customer satisfaction. 😞

Very good experience. The salesman was from another store but covering a shift and was very nice. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t want and the bed we ended up getting is amazing. The sales rep “Braiden” was fantastic very friendly and understood what we were looking for, we were not sure how much money to expect to spend so we tried to keep it low though he was gentle and great at helping us realize we were thinking to low and for something that would be worthwhile and actually improve our sleep he then showed us the best options he had available, if you ever go to mattress outlet talk to Braiden he will take care of you he really really did the best job I’ve seen as a sales agent in my life, he really meant to help us out and did. We ended up getting a mattress and pillows and a protection cover for the mattress. The products were also above and beyond expectations we will be keeping business with them from now on.
