I had such an excellent experience, my tech was Seil and he was so helpful. I actually had to reach out to peoples gas and he was so thorough when explaining everything I needed to say and what needed to be done. Everything he said did ring true, Seil really went above and beyond.

The service Technician Ryan was completely professional. He kept his word at all phases of the warranty replacement. Showed up on the day and time expected. I was informed of the status as the project progressed. Ryan had me back in action quickly and have no more issues. He cleaned up the site better than he found it. He even assisted with getting me back connected to the water heater on my phone.

My water finally died. I purchased a Rehm 50 gallon replacement from Home Depot in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Within two days of the installation it started to leak. Following Rehms instructions, I ordered what was thought to be a fix, the heating element itself. After the part arrived, I contacted Rehm to schedule the warranty service. It was at this point that U.S. Water Heating Solutions came into the picture. The appointment was set. Scottie showed up and pointed out a weld issue that turned out to be the problem. We ended up taking the leaking tank back to Home Depot for exc exchange. I can't thank Scottie and U.S. Water Heating Solutions enough for their prompt expert service. I will both use and recommend their service in the future.

While Jerrie was repairing our water heater he gave us some great advice / tips on how to improve other parts of the plumbing system in our home. My son’s hot water heater is 2 1/2 months old and went out. I contacted Rheems about the warranty and they said it was covered and they scheduled U.S. Water Heating Solutions to make repairs as necessary. The company contacted us promptly and scheduled an appointment. The service man (Lucas) showed up in the time frame that was set up even after all the highways and roads were in horrible shape with lots of accidents from snow from the previous evening. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was in and out within an hour (replaced thermostats). He was very professional and explained what the issue was. I would highly recommend Lucas and this company!!!

The company called me, set up the appointment quickly after I report to the manufacturer it was leaking, The technician was great, he was professional, timely and knew exactly what the process was and what to do to exchange my water heater at the place of purchase, through manufacturer warranty request to replace it. Kevin from U.S. Water Heating Solutions is the prime example of Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous, Safety First Tradesmen. He explained everything step by step allowing me ask questions until I was comfortable. Per his company's procedures he was able to find and rectify the problem. I could have had a very dangerous situation had he not been thorough and look for a quick fix. This will be my ONLY Contractor when it comes to my Hot Water Heater!!
