Cy-Juan & Travares are the absolute best! They picked up my 80-year-old Mom (literally) and treated her like a Queen! Super efficient… very gentle with Mom… kept asking her how she was feeling and what they could do for her. Showed up early… Mom said it was the most comfortable ride she ever had… waited on me to meet them. Went thru the entire doctor’s visit with me & Mom… moving her gently from one room/place to the next. Could not be more pleased & impressed!

I have always had a pleasant experience when riding with on demand. The drivers are courteous and talk during ride. Brett is always very courteous and will talk during ride I really enjoy him. Please send him agent you can. Also had the pleasure of riding with Dominique today along with Brett. I would prefer them when possible. They are awesome

Mr.Moats is a wonderful man he's kind and really helpful. He gets out of the van to help is get into the vehicle safely and comfortably. I can say he has become a true friend. I love this company amd he is simply amazing you go man.

I have to give my driver this morning Mr.John Moats my appreciation from the bottom of my heart for driving 4hours to pick me up by 720am an having me back home at 840am an now driving bk home over 4 hours....just WOW!!! My niece enjoys this company picking her up she especially likes John Moats he's very good driver and communicates with the family of clients he's caring and compassionate My Niece's name is Miranda King She's special needs and sometimes makes it difficult on her mom but if she knows John Moats is picking her up or this company she does very good so that says a lot that means she feels safe and we love this Company!!

I have been riding with Transportation on demand and they have always treated me right. I have a hard time getting up the hill to the vans and one young man named Matt he brought me a piece of plywood to help me get up the hill easier. Thank you Matt

They were amazing. The ladies that answer the phones are very kind and helpful. The drivers I've had were very professional and made sure my mother was safely strapped in her wheelchair. One of their drivers actually extra helped us by extending his route to accommodate a change I had to make. I highly recommend this company.
