The truck arrived within the timeframe I had been told to expect them. The young man was polite & cordial. And he jump started my car within a few minutes with no problem. I was pleasantly satisfied & appreciative.

He wasted no time loading my car carefully on the tow truck. He got me and my car safely to the repair shop in Troy. He was professional, courteous and competent.
