Professional and gets the job done right the first time. This is the third time we dealt with Thomson Industries and found the staff from the sales, office and the tec to be friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

The technician was enthusiastic and got to work diagnosing and fixing our problem. He explained everything as he did it and worked quickly to get it done. Seemed to be training another tech and both worked well and diligently to resolve our issue. I’m glad to fine Thomson as I’ll call them in the future.

Positive: Professionalism From our first enquiry to the install, Thomson was nothing but professional. Installers answered all my questions and concerns, electrician left a bit of a mess but you can't have perfection all the time. Neighbor complained about the noise of the A/C unit (and in all honesty it was not a loud noise, I've heard far worse!) so I called in to see what our options were and Rob was so helpful in explaining what we could and could not do even down to potentially switching to a different unit - something I have never thought was an option. In the end we did not need to switch the unit (installed a sound barrier wall) and all are happy now, neighbor included. Thank you Thomson Industries - 4.9 / 5 stars 👍

Very professional from the moment I called their office to book an appointment, up to the time the technician finished the service. I recieved a reminder that the technician is on the way. That's nice. The technician is also very polite and professional, told me what he's gonna do, the time he'll take to do it. And practices, wear covid protection which is really great to see. Im not gonna look for anyone else for HVAC services.

My family recently retained Thompson Industries as the contractor to replace our failing gas hot water tank/heater. We chose the tankless hot water heater - Rinnai. In the beginning, we contacted several BBB rated contractors and shortlisted Thompson Industries based on their final price and experience. Due to the space and location constraints, we ended up going with the hot water heater and central heating combo. Though there was some scheduling issue, because TI was trying to assemble the experienced installer for the work, bo complaint here. It took the crew to finish the work in less than two days. They removed the old tank and hydronic heating system for us. They also filled out the ****** rebate form for us. All and all, we are very satisfied with the work and the profession of Thompson Industries. We would definitely recommend Thompson Industries to anyone who needs to have their hot water tanks replace, or updating to a tankless water heater or the combo, in our case. Thank you, Thompson Industries for the good work. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Rob (estimator), Jamie (manager) and the field team.

Positive: Punctuality, Responsiveness Very happy with Thompson industries service. My A/C stopped working called the office and 2 technicians came on time and fixed it. I’m so glad I’ve 12 years warranty so didn’t have to pay anything. One of the technician said there’s a charge for service call and I said no this unit is under warranty. He called the office and was told there’s no charge. I wish the technician would have known better that with warranty there is no charge.

I have now had two opportunities to work with Thomson. They fixed my AC last year and installed a new one this year and they were extremely professional. I did a lot of research trying to find a good company and they were heads and tails above the competition in terms of professionalism.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality Generally very happy with the work ethic and attention to detail. They work hard to get the thermostat wired without making extra holes in the wall and to push the furnace as close to the wall as possible to avoid blocking the dryer door. The Daikin Fit outside unit is smaller and quieter than any alternative we looked at. Minor complaint: for some reason they don't have those little boot covers, so there were times they ended up tracking dirt around the house. They did clean up after but it wasn't perfect with just a vacuum cleaner.
