We were living out of town and Joe handled literally everything for the sale of our home. His communication was was always very prompt. I completely trust Joe and wouldn't let my friends use anyone beside him. Truly. I'm sure everyone at the Larkin is just great, but ASK FOR JOE. You will not regret it. side note...I did not know Joe prior to using him and I still have never met him. Normally, I only write these nice reviews for family and friends. Even before he was our realtor, he went out of his way to make something right when we purchased a home from his client. It was totally unexpected and unnecessary but made my wife extremely happy. I would recommend him in a heart beat. His staff has also been excellent.
