We had Marlene Mussehl from the Larkin Group help us with the sale of our home in St. George. She was attentive, kept track of things and answered any questions that we had. Was our best experience with using a realtor from our previous dealings in St. George and enjoyed working with her. She is focused on the customer as our son is using her for the purchase of his new home from what he is saying also. Would recommend her and the Larkin Group.

Five stars are not enough to express how absolutely incredible of an agent Brian with The Larkin Group is from start to finish (and then some). He truly cares about his clients and makes them feel valued in their wants and needs. You truly feel like you have someone in your corner for anything you could ever need. He always keeps a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude. When obstacles that come with buying a home appeared, he was consistently able to concisely explain the situation and help us fully understand and our options so that we could make the best decision for our family. It's impossible to list enough positives about our experiences with Brian to show the amazing work ethic he has and how great of a person he is.

I recently planned to move back to St George UT from New Orleans. I contacted Jesse Poll as he had helped me sell my previous home here, with great success. Jesse put me in touch with a KW Place network agent in New Orleans, and they did a fantastic job selling my home there. Jesse went above and beyond in his efforts for me. He was my eyes for house tours, as I was still in LA. His knowledge of the market and area is remarkable, he is well connected with the industry and I admire his dedication. Kelsi was amazing. She met with us to go over in detail what we wanted in a house, then made appointments for us to go look at homes. After the first day, she had a good idea of what we were looking for and revised our search criteria. By the end of the second day we had found our dream home. For the next several weeks, Kelsi coordinated with us on a regular basis, helping us along the way. Because we were not in the area, she met with the inspector and ran interference for us. This is the third time I have used the Larkin Group. Jesse sold our last house. My husband passed away 1 1/2 years ago. When I decided it was time for me to buy a townhouse. I called Jesse. He has been so wonderful, going out of his way to help me.

Working with Marlene Mussehl from The Larkin Group was and is a fantastic experience! We don’t close on our new home for a couple of weeks so we are still in constant communication. My husband and I are very lucky to be working with Marlene! Since we were looking at a home from out of state, she did everything she could to accommodate us. Marlene set up virtual viewings, appointments with the builder, and inspections that worked with our availability. She is extremely quick with getting answers to my numerous questions. Buying a new home is always stressful but so far, it’s been more exciting than stressful!

Buyer, seller, investor of real estate, Jesse Poll is your guy. Jesse is a straight shooter. Having used other agents in the past Jesse stands far above rest. He is very experienced, very well respected by other agents in the area and it helps get deals done. He is very knowledgeable on economic data specific to Washington County and even has a podcast on FB you can check out. His team is top notch, communicative and on the ball every step of the way. Working with The Larkin Group has been phenomenal! We decided to make the move from Oregon to Utah to be closer to family, and buying a house from out of state is always challenging! Joe made it so easy for us, making sure our search was honed in to what our needs were, doing virtual showings whenever we asked, and accommodating family members to be present on the walk through. A shout out to Jennifer as well for checking in to make sure we didn't have any last minute questions or concerns, and keeping us posted on where we're at in the process. Highly recommended!

Joe and Bre have been absolutely incredible to work with. My mom referred them to me and I'm SO grateful she did. We were living out of town and Joe handled literally everything for the sale of our home. His communication was was always very prompt. I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect at all times. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable about the St. George market. I completely trust Joe and wouldn't let my friends use anyone beside him. Truly. I'm sure everyone at the Larkin is just great, but ASK FOR JOE. You will not regret it.

side note...I did not know Joe prior to using him and I still have never met him. Normally, I only write these nice reviews for family and friends. I was just genuinely blown away by the attentiveness and follow through. This level of client care is rare and so needed.

Realtor Jesse Poll (pronounced Paul) Is my go to realtor. He is very patient, knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. Unlike some realtors, he remembers the small things. Even before he was our realtor, he went out of his way to make something right when we purchased a home from his client. It was totally unexpected and unnecessary but made my wife extremely happy. I would recommend him in a heart beat. His staff has also been excellent.

My husband and I used the Larkin Group to sell our house and to buy another. Jessica Taggart was like a long time friend guiding us into this next phase of life. We never felt pressured. We would be given information, given advise if we asked, and left to make to make our decision. We sold our house for asking price, and started to "seriously" look for another. Michelle was extremely helpful in our move to St George. We had originally started working with her long before we actually were able to move from out of state to UT. She was so patient, genuine and determined on helping us find the best place for us to call home. If she wasn’t able to be there for us the day we wanted to see a home or wanted information, Jessica Evans was also very helpful and diligent. Upon our home purchase, many of the Larkin group reached out to assist us in what we needed to get our house prepared for move in. Michelle Evans is he best.

From the day that I first called Michelle Evans, she hit the ground running. I had used other realtors in the Saint George area, but Michelle outshined them by far. Whenever we called she was ready to facetime property for us, and we took full advantage of her cooperation. She never tired of showing us properties and was always upbeat and ready to help. When our bid was accepted and we made a trip to see the house in person, Michelle dedicated her day to us. We looked at many of the properties we had facetimed to make sure the house that our bid was accepted on was what we wanted and needed. Even though the days of our visit were in the middle of a heat wave, between 115-118 degrees, Michelle never seemed to tire and showed us every house we wanted to see.
Even after the house closed escrow, Michelle continued to work for us, she arranged to have the house sprayed for bugs (no charge!) and arranged to have our carpet cleaned. She is a great person who is easy to work with and goes the extra mile for her customers.
Picking a good real estate agent remotely is hard, but we lucked out when we found Michelle. If you need a helpful, kind, effective real estate agent who will be in your corner even after you find your house and it is closed - Michelle Evans should be your choice.
