GoogleI can’t speak to the whole Larkin group, but Lou has been excellent. His construction and building background was very helpful as we looked at different homes and he identified the quality of the original construction, identified needed repairs and potential symptoms of where an inspector should do a thorough review.

Jeremy was all in from the beginning to not only give creative recommendations & extensive exposure on the market but also to listen to our needs and wants. He responded quickly to all our calls, checked in frequently, and made the connection for us to use “Set the Stage” company for staging our home! Those things have really enhanced the sale appeal.
