Several years ago, The Floor Shoppe installed a luxury vinyl floor in my house. Through no fault of theirs, the floor developed problems which they tried to fix. Finally, through no urging on my part, Cecile submitted a claim to the manufacturer who said they would replace the floor at their expense!!! I picked a new flooring and it was installed last week by an expert team. Throughout this entire process, the entire team has been so helpful and pleasant to work with. Special mention should go to Bobby, Cecile, Angela, Sam in the office and the installers: Alex, Andre, and Andre Junior. I enthusiastically recommend this store for all your flooring needs!

We got tile flooring that looks like wood installed in our lanai. The process was great from beginning to end. The 2 men who did the install did a really great job. One day to install , one day for grouting, and it was done. But don't get me wrong, everyone else was wonderful, from the ordering of the tile, to the quick install date, to the followup. I would strongly recommend the Floor Shoppe.

Everyone at the floor shop was very knowledgeable when we were choosing flooring. Very impressed with the installer’s work. Showed up when promised, put in full days and cleaned up before leaving each day.
This was the second time I have used them. I highly recommend them.

We decided to move away from carpet and continue our red oak flooring into the master bedroom. The match on the flooring was spot on and the bedroom floor now being a hard surface is such an upgrade. Mike the installer was courteous and very professional. We also had a repair to the original floor that he was able to match perfectly, which required a lot of attention to detail.
If you have a flooring project, I would highly reccomend the The Floor Shoppe.

From our initial browsing for a new floor at the floor shop where Charlie was very accommodating and patient with us as we went back-and-forth so many times and took lots of samples home. Through the whole install with the wonderful men team that installed our floors professionally, and we’re friendly And just did an excellent job! We were many times interfering because we have a little dog and they were so kind to our dog and to us and worked around us. This is a floor shop with many years of experience in the Central Florida area. The shop is well stocked with possibilities and you can take home samples to help you make your decision. Angela , the sales assistant manager who assisted us is knowledgeable and patient in helping customers make a decision.
Bobby , the project manager kept our project on track and helped us get some little things done to finish our project.
Marvin , our installer, and his son Josh were meticulous in completing our project and did a beautiful job. They were a pleasure to have in our house.
They showed up when scheduled and finished as soon as they could have. An excellent company to work with.

Furniture put back accurately with felt type protectors put on all ends where we requested
Clean up done very well

All these other items were fixable, but perhaps wearing gloves when replacing items and being a little more careful in moving large items:

Black finger/hand prints on a few white furniture pieces and door frames
Large puncture gouge in top of doorway trim into bedroom
Black smear marks on corner and attached back area of leather couch

Shopping for quality carpet was an excellent experience with The Floor Shoppe. Angela was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

The installers were courteous and did a good job moving furniture and did an excellent job overall with only two flaws.

The walk through after installation was only to pick up the final check and the point was not to address installation concerns that I had.

I have provided two pictures of the flaws. One was pocket door covers that were snapped off and not replaced, just discarded and not mentioned. The second was fortunately in a closet where glue got on the top of the carpet, making it look strange.

Overall I am very pleased with the carpet quality and installation. If the follow up had been more substantial, I would have given five stars.

Recently, The Floor Shoppe replaced existing backsplash tile for me. They cut out the existing sheetrock with tile on it, replaced it with new board, and then tiled. They did an excellent job from the beginning to end! Very professional!

We recently bought a home that had 3 rooms of badly soiled carpet. We found out the name of the tile that was used in the remaining areas of the home and contacted the original installers, Floor Shoppe. Sam of The Floor Shoppe, immediately sent out a person to measure and he ordered the tile! It was delivered quickly and installed before our furniture. I can't say enough about this business. They are thorough, friendly and professional!
