Karen Albright is the best and listens when you tell her something about your pain. She comes up with a plan to help eliminate pain or decrease it and she takes her time with you. I will forever be grateful to her for everything she does for me.

Dr. S. Rasheed always exhibits her knowledge and professionalism every time I come in here. Her staff is the best as well. I always feel comfortable when I come through her door. I can expect to be well taken care of. We are doing a ground breaking procedure next month. I am so excited to have this done. There is a chance it could change my wellness, which is thrilling. Dr. Zidan is awesome. Has gone out of his way to help me, to figure out where my pain is and why it's there. He has a good heart and always polite. I've been ill since 1992. And have serious trust isues as far as doctors go. Dr. Zidan broke through all that and I feel I owe him so much. Thank you Dr. Zidan, your the best.

I have really enjoyed the staff over the time being a patient with Texas Pain Physicians. I have restless leg syndrome and they have really helped in order to manage the pain. I do still have pain from rls though. So it’s not managed completely. However, I still recommend Texas Pain Physicians to anyone that has pain they cannot manage. The staff is great and will make you laugh. And the recommendations and opinions on how to deal with your pain is so greatly valued.

Listen, I don’t know what you thought this was, but they are the best in the business. I’ve been with these guys for a few years now and they have taken great care of me. I have no complaints and I would recommend anybody to try them out… plus they gave me snacks so that’s even better. Lol. I love the office, they care about the patients. They are not drug pushers. They listen and work with you to come up with a good plan individualized for you. The front desk staff has always been super nice. But I’m a firm believer that if you treat people with respect and kindness 99% of the time you will be treated the same.

I've been in pain for 6 years constantly. 3 sessions here and I've been 90% pain free. They did this procedure that is fairly new to put hot water on my nerves. I move and live now without pain meds. Haven't had a Hydro pill in 2 weeks.

I go in feeling lots of pain, but I leave smiling all the time. You couldn’t ask for a better staff, or Dr Whitney Chouteau, and NP Michelle Simmons and DNP Gbemisola. When I enter thru the front door, I see the smiles and feel the happiness from the staff. I joke and sing my songs and they never make me feel like I’m doing anything wrong. I can actually say, I love these people. Thank you and God bless our love.

Keyona is the best, I love her bubbly attitude and she is always so friendly and understanding. She is a great asset to your staff please don’t let her go anywhere else! Dr Chouteau and all of her PA’s treat you with compassion and a friendly ear to talk to. I’ve been a patient for almost 5 years now and Dr Chouteau is the tops in her field.Had changed ins over two weeks ago but ins co hadn’t updated by time of appt. Staff worked hard during visit to get it confirmed so I wouldn’t have to pay full payment. I can’t say enough good about Dr Chouteaus office everyone is so polite and just want to help!

I want to recognize and commend the nurse manager, Olga, for her outstanding contributions to the office. I had a few concerns that I expressed to an office employee. The employee immediately brought Olga into my exam room. She intently and carefully listened to my concerns without interruption then repeated my concerns to ensure she understood. She apologized for any inconvenience I may have experienced and began addressing my concerns one by one. She told me she appreciated my willingness to bring these items to her attention. She then explained how she was going to rectify the issues and was going to employ revised strategies immediately to enhance the patient experience. I so do appreciate her attentiveness and assurance of follow-through. All of the staff have been kind and helpful and have shown their attentiveness by calling after my procedures to determine if I have any needs or concerns and to perform a post-procedure assessment related to any pain or discomfort and to provide additional instructions. Communication is the most vital tool to the patient and I am confident that I will receive the necessary information I need for my on-going care. Thanks to the staff for their outstanding work and to the managers who assure all is running smoothly and that all concerns are addressed.

I recommend anyone go to the Texas pain position in mesquite and my doctor name is Dr. Dalyahi. I highly recommend her because she does her injections and it eases my pain. today I was met with another anesthesiologist her name is Kathy and she was able to stick me one time to get ivy. usually it takes four to five sticks with someone else. so I highly recommend Dr Daylahi and anesthesiologist Kathy

I have had several injections, RFAs, and most recently a SI joint fusion. Very minimal pain post surgery. I am feeling so much better and enjoying an more active life. Dr. Zidan spends as much time as needed to explain everything and to answer all your questions. Dr. Zidan will not just prescribe meds, and I am appreciative of that. He gets to the root of the problem and fixes it.

Met with Dr. Alex Golden (she) yesterday. A little chaotic as the team had just moved into the new office space, not sure if it was 100% of the team, but Dr. Golden was there. Nice space. Team very friendly and courteous as I watched the patient interaction (even one guy that asked the same questioni 3x, always a friendly response). Met with Dr. Golden, found her to be patient, open to questions and fully explaining things. She has recommended a course of action for treatment that I will follow.

Wow I’m impressed!! Savanna was great she is PA and tech and was able to give me the results right on the spot. Dr bajaj is great too he explained the process very well and his staffs are all wonderful. Appointments were scheduled on the same day. I like to say that these people are amazing. Britney, Summer and the other girl Alexis helping patients are amazingly extraordinary. We the patients are in pain but the way they attend us make us feeling better at the end of the day. Dr Dalya Elhady is really knowledgeable and she tries to find the root cause. This is a perfect team.
