GoogleJeremy C. was an excellent loan officer! I contacted States Mortgage about doing an FHA Streamline, based on mail correspondence I received, and I was fortunate to have Jeremy answer my call. He discussed all of my options with me, told me the pros and cons of each offer, and let me make my own decisions. He listened to what was important to me and found ways to make the refinance work for me. Although there's a three-hour time difference between his office and my residence, he made himself available to me at various hours of the day to accommodate my work day and schedule.
