I was totally satisfied with my experience with State Mortgage Company in how I was treated and taken care of my loan process. Especially, how Daniel Formeck guided me through the loan process. He was exceptionally! He answered and satisfied all my concerns and questions. Daniel keep me update on a daily basis how the loan was processing.

We worked with Gus and Magan… wonderful experience! Gus was so very knowledgeable and made the whole process simple. Communication was superb. I either got a call, text or email every step of the way and knew exactly what was happening. Will definitely use States Mortgage again if ever needed. Specifically if I work with Gus! He’s wonderful!
Edited to add: I called in response to a letter I got in the mail. I’m typically very hesitant to call but I am glad I did! Gus put my mind at ease quickly giving me all the options and explaining each one. Answering all my questions along the way! Thanks again Gus!

I love how they made is 100% cash Va refinancing possible. Usually you can do 90% but these guys promised me they can pul it and they did. I’m impressed. Thanks to GUs and Magan!!
