Solar was not producing and my bill was proof. Had not had my solar system looked at since it had been installed over 10 years ago. Contacted the Solar Service Professional, theyi had someone dispatched within a few days. Eduardo Rodruguez is wonderful. Professional, on time, knowledgeable, and by the time he left my solar was working at 60%. There are additional parts and items that need to be ordered otherwise I'm confident that he would have had it to 100%. But from zero production to 60% in an hour is pretty awesome. In addition to all of these great things, one thing I loved was they didnt try to sell me a new system. Would recommend 100% - after they get my system where it needs to be, I plan to discuss setting up an annual maintenance plan, ensure my system is working properly year after year. Isaac from solar power professionals came to my house yesterday to inform me why my solar panels were not linking to the company that is monitoring them. He changed my solar meter from a 3G to a 4G and he explained that my communication device was outdated. I had my solar panel inverter replaced and installed with a new one at my home by a technician names Isaac and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and highly detailed oriented. The installation process wad smooth and efficient. After the installation he took the time to explain how the solar energy works and how to read the informations displayed on the inverter. Overall i’m super satisfied with the service and the result. I highly recommend this company and especially to this technician(Isaac) to anyone who needs help related to solar panel systems.

Isaac was amazing, he was quickly able to diagnose the problem with my solar system and ordered the part. When he returned to install the part the manufacturer had sent the wrong one, Isaac happened to have the necessary part on his truck from a different job that the same thing had happened so was able to fix my system. I will be using this company for another solar needs.

My solar technician was Eddie Rodriguez and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Then waited over 35 minutes on hold to get permission to make the repair. He did this in over 100 degree heat. He explained the basic operation of the system to me so I can shut it down in case of emergency. He also walked me through the next steps of the process so I have a better chance at recovering a credit for the time my system may not have been reporting properly to SDG&E. Bottom line great service and I hope he's able to assist when we get a battery installed.

Eduardo Rodriguez was very polite and knowledgeable. The best combo when you're dealing with a home system that is mission critical. Eduardo is our super hero, he restored the system after being down for over a year and back to saving approximately $4K a year. He called to let me know he had arrived early and kindly asked for permission to enter my backyard. He explained how the system works and how to track it via a phone app. He is our five star solar technician.

My technician was Edwardo. He showed up on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he couldn't do. I have two systems owned by different companies and he made sure that I understood which equipment was who's. He was done with his work in a reasonable amount of time.

In addition, he identified additional issues affecting energy production and recommended I contact my service provider. Eddie, Issac and Luis were great. They had a major repair to do to my Solar system. Showed up on time explained the process and what to expect. They were so professional during the whole job. They went above and beyond for me. Made sure the work area was cleaned. Picked up after themselves before leaving... my system is up and running once again, wow what a relief. Finally a company that gets Customer Service which is really lacking and in short supply out there these days. We had purchased a solar system from a company (Diamond Solar) about 2-3 years ago. They were a mess and eventually went out of business. So last July 2024 our Solar Edge inverter went out and Solar Edge sent us a new one. I had to find my own installer to swap the inverters. Called a few(maybe 7). Didn’t feel comfortable with any of them except SOLAR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS (Issac-tech) Long Story short when Issac, he wasn’t cocky like most techs of any home service trade Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and doesn’t mind answering any questions. Even gave some education on how to keep track of your solar usage and etc, something that the company that sold us our solar system didnt do 2-3 yrs ago. If you ever need any solar system services or repairs I highly recommend SOLAR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, and if you could request a specific technician, try to request for Issac for peace of mind.
