The class I took was lead by Leigh Morton. Absolutely one of the best instructor I've ever had and I would be happy to attend one of her classes in the near future. The room was a perfect temperature, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my time there.

Fancy but still affordable. A lot of equipment, a sauna and fitness group classes. Best gym as far as I’m concerned 💯

I have been having an extremely positive experience at this gym! since I started training with Saba last October, with the work out and meal plan I have dropped 33 pounds and over 16 cm off my waist! I plan to continue staying consistent with my weight loss journey with Saba and stay motivated :)

Joined the gym almost a month ago and the experience has been great so far. My only concern about the gym was if they have free weights for exercises and they do. Staff is excellent and Nidhi is the best. She enrolled me in and her radiant personality is awesome. Gym is very spacious and feels fresh all the time. Great staff and great equipment, really love it here.

I am really impressed and enjoying my journey with Shapes. The staff is friendly especially Bipanjot . Bipanjot has been accommodating and helpful in explaining and answering queries. She answers my questions without rushing even though if she arrived near the end of her shift. The staff enforce the (no outdoor shoes) policy. You have a choice to work out in the co-ed or women's area.The facility is clean. The gym is clean and well maintained too.
