I wasn't sure what to expect when joining my first Fight class. It was amazing and excruciating at the same time. I learned that I have a long way to go in my fitness journey, but also that I found the right place to do it! Also every yoga class I've joined has been amazing! It's enabled me to carry things I've learned to other areas of my life. My journey is only just beginning 😀

This shapes gym exceeded all my expectations! Niedi the manager is so welcoming and goes out of her way to ensure all members are comfortable and well looked after. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. The facility is always clean, well-organised, and equipped with everything you need. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about their fitness goals.

It's too bad there is no seated calf machine on the coed side of the gym.

The manager here is highly professional. Staff i met are friendly. But it seems the floor in front of the reception is messy coz some members don’t care about the indoor shoe policy. They just walk in with outdoor shoes with muddy or dirty stuff. Hopefully the frontdesk can keep an eye on policy violators or make a bigger sign to let everybody well informed.

The class I took was lead by Leigh Morton. Absolutely one of the best instructor I've ever had and I would be happy to attend one of her classes in the near future. The room was a perfect temperature, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my time there.
