GoogleVery friendly. Would have marked 5 stars, but in our desperate demeanor to shop around & purchase asap, we were told deliver would be in 2 weeks. So we decided to not shop around. It ended up being 5.5 weeks for delivery. Very upsetting. I was also told that the lounger of the Hot Springs models are made for short women like myself as I explained that that I would float up and the lounger was not for my height on our previous Jacuzzi. So we chose the lounger model and I have to hold myself down not making it very relaxing. Last, there's not a step inside to step into. 1st time I (5'2") got in from the front and dropped to the bottom almost falling. We have to put the step stool on the side and step in on a seat. Our Jacuzzi brand had a flat step inside to step into which was convenient. If I had stuck with my thought on the lounger and not listen to sales I would have chosen the 4 seater vs. 3 seater w/ lounger. Very expensive and not able to exchange now. Besides that, 4 stars because we love the salt water and getting in everyday.

GoogleThe SD Hot Spring water care class was super helpful and informative. I didn’t buy my spa from here but their technicians are a great resource. The other staff were not very knowledgeable about their hot tubs though. They also have a pretty high markup on all their spa parts for sale. They weren’t willing to price match last time I went in. In the future I will likely buy my parts somewhere else.
GoogleWe have had a Sovereign Hot Tub for the past 18 years which needed replacing. We bought a cheaper spa, had it installed, and it wasn't up to the standards that we needed. Greg was amazing with going over options with replacing that spa with a higher quality one. He gave us a great discount on a last years model, still provided free installation and removal of the other hot tub and even threw in money to help us with electrical since we had to redo what we did previously. Thank you Greg for your awesome service and not laughing too hard at our mistake.

GoogleWhen we moved to our new home in Ramona five years ago, the property had a nice gazebo in the backyard, perfect for a new hot tub. Our previous home and Tierrasanta had a Jacuzzi brand, hot tub, that was older technology, and frankly had a lot of problems. For the new home we looked at hot tubs at Costco and from other manufacturer's. Price of course was important but more important was quality and features. Our old hot tub used traditional chlorine for the water. For the new hot tub, we wanted to have a salt system. In our research we visited the Hot Springs store on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego. We were greeted by Sam who did an excellent job of answering our questions. As a sales person, his style was very much like my own, and not being pushy to close the sale rather just trying to offer why the Hot Springs product was superior. In that first visit we spent probably an hour or more going over all the features and answering questions that we had. We left a lot more educated and visited a couple of other stores to collect more information. After reviewing the information, and features of the Hot Springs product and doing some additional Internet research, we decided to proceed with the Hot Springs Pulse model. We set up an appointment with Sam and told him we were interesting in purchasing the spa from them, we talked a little bit about price and was able to save a few dollars over the list price, again very professional negotiation, with the understanding you get what you pay for. The spa we ordered was in stock and delivery was scheduled for a few days later, the team that delivered the Spa did a great job of getting it unloaded and placed perfectly in the gazebo. Over the past five years the Spa has had no problems and we continue to stop by the Claremont Mesa store when we need salt, water conditioner, and the replaceable cartridges for the salt system. We would highly recommend the Hot Springs products and their store on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard.
