We bought the Limelight Flash Salt Water Spa back in November. We love it. The SD Hot Spring Spas team is super helpful and are always available to provide assistance. Never thought jets in a hot tub could be so amazing. Actually feels like a hydrotherapy session. I'm used to basic hot tubs with one jet per seat. The jets in this hot tub are powerful and awesome.

They also provide monthly water care classes. We attended it last weekend and it provided great reassurance that we are doing the correct steps on maintaining our new spa.

The customer service is excellent, Hector did a great job. The support from Hector and service was the best. Thank you for the support and being there for any thing I need to make my first Hotsprings Tub the best experience possible.

I typically don’t write reviews, but my hot tub purchase decision was quite lengthy and in the end I have to say I’m thankful for San Diego Hot Springs and to Sam Montgomery and several San Diego Hot Springs staff members.

When I started questioning the attributes of purchasing a hot tub online, I decided to visit a series of retail stores in the San Diego area. I have to say thank you to Sam for answering my questions and honestly helping me clear up and understand conflicting information I received on visitation circuit.

I also thank Sam for respectfully persuading me from relying on dry test, and encouraging me to bring my wife to the store and letting both of us wet test the Hot tubs. Sam removed the awkward feeling that we perceived by shopping in swim suits.

Once our decision was made, we appreciated Sam not trying to up sell additional features and upgrades. The sale write up was exactly what we agreed to buy.

After the sale, I want to thank the delivery team. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and placed the hot tub exactly where we had anticipated.

I also have to thank the technician, Cesar. After the sale, San Diego Hot Spring sends out a technician (at no charge) to orient the new buyers to their Spa. Cesar was our technician. He not only performed an outstanding orientation, he diagnosed an issue with the hot tub’s motherboard. He secured a replacement motherboard and installed it 2 days later. (Again at no charge).

Lastly, I want to give a call out to Josh. San Diego Hot Springs offers a Water Care class. Josh taught our class. He was informative, organized and took time to answer all questions.

In summary this my experience with San Diego Hot Springs and their staff. A well deserved 5 stars to all. Thank you!

Our spa wasn’t heating and we had one repair person (non hot springs) tell us we needed a new heater. We then contacted hot springs and they quickly realized it was a bad heat sensor (much less expensive) and had our spa back up and running like new and saved us money

Everything about my purchase at San Diego Hot Springs Spas was 5 Stars! Sales personnel looked up my account, helped me buy what I needed, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I brought home one part, which I could self-install, and the new cover was delivered and installed when promised, and in perfect order.

If you're in the market for a spa I highly recommend San Diego Hot Springs Spa. Sam was happy to answer all our questions and help us pick the product we wanted and the rest of the staff, including delivery crew, Tutorial tech ( I might have made up that title but thats what Robert did) and everyone else in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. The HSS products are manufactured in Vista CA so you won't be having to order parts from some far flung destination. They were also very patient, we probably visited 6 times before finally pulling the trigger and never felt rushed or like we were putting them out. They carry a wide range of tubs and everything else you need (chemicals, umbrellas etc.) and are conveniently located.

Words cannot describe and express of how thankful I am for the people at Hot Springs Spa. From the moment I called and communicated with Erica and explained my situation she immediately was on top of things. Caesar came out from their maintenance department and after a couple of visits my leaking 15 year old spa was working perfectly.
I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone that has a problem with a spa.
Thanks to both of them I’m able to enjoy the spa again.

Very friendly. Would have marked 5 stars, but in our desperate demeanor to shop around & purchase asap, we were told deliver would be in 2 weeks. So we decided to not shop around. It ended up being 5.5 weeks for delivery. Very upsetting. I was also told that the lounger of the Hot Springs models are made for short women like myself as I explained that that I would float up and the lounger was not for my height on our previous Jacuzzi. So we chose the lounger model and I have to hold myself down not making it very relaxing. Last, there's not a step inside to step into. 1st time I (5'2") got in from the front and dropped to the bottom almost falling. We have to put the step stool on the side and step in on a seat. Our Jacuzzi brand had a flat step inside to step into which was convenient. If I had stuck with my thought on the lounger and not listen to sales I would have chosen the 4 seater vs. 3 seater w/ lounger. Very expensive and not able to exchange now. Besides that, 4 stars because we love the salt water and getting in everyday.

The SD Hot Spring water care class was super helpful and informative. I didn’t buy my spa from here but their technicians are a great resource. The other staff were not very knowledgeable about their hot tubs though. They also have a pretty high markup on all their spa parts for sale. They weren’t willing to price match last time I went in. In the future I will likely buy my parts somewhere else.

We have had a Sovereign Hot Tub for the past 18 years which needed replacing. We bought a cheaper spa, had it installed, and it wasn't up to the standards that we needed. Greg was amazing with going over options with replacing that spa with a higher quality one. He gave us a great discount on a last years model, still provided free installation and removal of the other hot tub and even threw in money to help us with electrical since we had to redo what we did previously.
Thank you Greg for your awesome service and not laughing too hard at our mistake.
