We walked into the show room and the sales associate josh asked what we wanted/looking for. He was very polite. Fast,efficient and courteous. He wasnt around the bush with pricing. We found a hot tub in our price range. The process was fast and pleasant. Nothing was confusing and everything was explained.

We purchased a replacement cover for our spa. The sales staff was very helpful in guiding our selection. I am very pleased with the way the cover fits & the delivery service I received from the gentleman who brought the new cover and removed the old cover for disposal.

We recently purchased a beautiful Hydropool Swim Spa from San Diego Hot Spring Spas, and the entire experience was outstanding. Greg was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find a great deal on a floor model, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was his level of customer service. Greg even provided his personal cell phone number and made himself available whenever we had questions before, during, and after delivery. He even connected us with a great construction team to extend our patio and make space for the new pool. The delivery and setup process went smoothly, and everything was exactly as promised. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about his customers and follows through every step of the way. I bought a Tylo outdoor sauna in December. It was installed by San Diego Hot Springs… They were on time and very professional. Several weeks later I needed to have a small detail taken care of and they were very responsive and came out and took care of it completely. I’d highly recommend this business!! And I’m using the sauna almost every day!! Love it!!

If you're in the market for a spa I highly recommend San Diego Hot Springs Spa. Sam was happy to answer all our questions and help us pick the product we wanted and the rest of the staff, including delivery crew, Tutorial tech ( I might have made up that title but thats what Robert did) and everyone else in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. The HSS products are manufactured in Vista CA so you won't be having to order parts from some far flung destination. They were also very patient, we probably visited 6 times before finally pulling the trigger and never felt rushed or like we were putting them out. They carry a wide range of tubs and everything else you need (chemicals, umbrellas etc.) and are conveniently located.

We bought the Limelight Flash Salt Water Spa back in November. We love it. The SD Hot Spring Spas team is super helpful and are always available to provide assistance. Never thought jets in a hot tub could be so amazing. Actually feels like a hydrotherapy session. I'm used to basic hot tubs with one jet per seat. The jets in this hot tub are powerful and awesome. They also provide monthly water care classes. We attended it last weekend and it provided great reassurance that we are doing the correct steps on maintaining our new spa.

I typically don’t write reviews, but my hot tub purchase decision was quite lengthy and in the end I have to say I’m thankful for San Diego Hot Springs and to Sam Montgomery and several San Diego Hot Springs staff members. When I started questioning the attributes of purchasing a hot tub online, I decided to visit a series of retail stores in the San Diego area. I have to say thank you to Sam for answering my questions and honestly helping me clear up and understand conflicting information I received on visitation circuit. I also thank Sam for respectfully persuading me from relying on dry test, and encouraging me to bring my wife to the store and letting both of us wet test the Hot tubs. Sam removed the awkward feeling that we perceived by shopping in swim suits. Once our decision was made, we appreciated Sam not trying to up sell additional features and upgrades. The sale write up was exactly what we agreed to buy. After the sale, I want to thank the delivery team. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and placed the hot tub exactly where we had anticipated. I also have to thank the technician, Cesar. After the sale, San Diego Hot Spring sends out a technician (at no charge) to orient the new buyers to their Spa. Cesar was our technician. He not only performed an outstanding orientation, he diagnosed an issue with the hot tub’s motherboard. He secured a replacement motherboard and installed it 2 days later. (Again at no charge). Lastly, I want to give a call out to Josh. San Diego Hot Springs offers a Water Care class. Josh taught our class. He was informative, organized and took time to answer all questions. In summary this my experience with San Diego Hot Springs and their staff. A well deserved 5 stars to all. Thank you!

Our spa wasn’t heating and we had one repair person (non hot springs) tell us we needed a new heater. We then contacted hot springs and they quickly realized it was a bad heat sensor (much less expensive) and had our spa back up and running like new and saved us money
