Great business. Sam was our salesperson and he was honest, knowledgeable and guided us toward the right spa for our needs instead of just trying to upsell us. Spa was built on time, delivered promptly and we absolutely love it. I also really appreciated the on-site water care course that taught us how to properly treat and keep the water clean. I bought a Tylo outdoor sauna in December. It was installed by San Diego Hot Springs… They were on time and very professional. Several weeks later I needed to have a small detail taken care of and they were very responsive and came out and took care of it completely. I’d highly recommend this business!! And I’m using the sauna almost every day!! Love it!!

If you're in the market for a spa I highly recommend San Diego Hot Springs Spa. Sam was happy to answer all our questions and help us pick the product we wanted and the rest of the staff, including delivery crew, Tutorial tech ( I might have made up that title but thats what Robert did) and everyone else in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. The HSS products are manufactured in Vista CA so you won't be having to order parts from some far flung destination. They were also very patient, we probably visited 6 times before finally pulling the trigger and never felt rushed or like we were putting them out. They carry a wide range of tubs and everything else you need (chemicals, umbrellas etc.) and are conveniently located.
