Answered questions throughly and made sure we understood what was being examined, why, and gave a detailed explanation on why it was good/bad. Besides his professionalism and experience Mike made things interesting and fun. "Dumbed" things down for me with items where I had experience and was very easy to understand and made conversations smooth. Doing the reservation online was easy and self explanatory. Highly recommend to anyone going through the scary experience of buying a new home as he makes you feel alot more at ease. Buying a house that is over 100 years old and now I feel confident on making such a large purchase.
