We had a great experience with Safeway. Walt was very thorough. As a realtor it’s always a plus when the inspector has some bedside manner when explaining things. Walt definitely took an unbiased approach and just stuck to facts and relaying information in a way that was easy to digest so the buyer could make his own decisions about things. He took extra time to explain everything and make sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. He was very knowledgeable and really helped my buyer understand how some components of the house worked and what to look out for as time goes on.
